We offer a stylish house with a private hot spring bath in Koshimadani. It is a 7-minute walk from the Saru-no-Chaya bus stop, making it very convenient. (The front road is a steep slope.) The natural hot spring baths are constantly replenished by the source spring and can be enjoyed 24 hours a day. The hot spring source is Kowakudani Onsen, which is weakly alkaline. We also have a★ BBQ space for your convenience! (We also provide equipment for rent. We will charge you 4,000 yen after use. ) We have introduced a★ bioethanol heater for★ winter only. It is in a good location for access to tourist facilities and attractions around the Izu Kogen, generally about 5 to 10 minutes by car. There is a convenience store, drug store, family restaurant, and cafe within walking distance, so you can rest assured. You can see the ocean from the second floor, and you can enjoy the seasonal changes from the living room, such as cherry blossoms in full bloom in spring and autumn foliage, so please enjoy Izu Kogen Life.

You may find unexpected shortcuts. You can enjoy trekking, swimming, diving, fishing, and more. You can enjoy Japanese daily life.

VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi- is a private house with an outdoor hot spring bath located just behind the Atami Japanese plum garden. It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars.
