"Doufu Xiaolou" is located near the important attraction of Huadongzonggu National Scenic Area, "Lintianshan Forestry Cultural Park" (3 minutes), close to the Wanrong Tribe of Taroko. Nearby are the famous Manmei Pig's Trotters, Lintianshan Pig's Trotters, and Mingli Paragliding Experience Camp (all 3 minutes). 10 minutes' drive to another famous attraction in the valley, Hualien Sightseeing Sugar Factory, 7 minutes' drive to the country's first internationally certified slow-living town, Fenglin Hakka Town, where there are attractions such as the Principal's Dream Factory and Tobacco Building, 5 minutes' drive to Jilitan Recreation Area, 10 minutes' drive to the secluded Dajahan Tribe's Bihu Lake. Huadong Valley's best hot spring town, Ruishui, is a half-hour drive, and there is a bicycle roaming resort, Dadao Dapu Pingdi Forest (17 minutes by car). There are also countless private attractions to explore. "Doufu Xiaolou" offers paid guided tours of nearby attractions for up to 3 people, as well as paid natural fish pond fishing and indigenous archery experiences. The west wing of the Doufu Xiaolou is a 17-ping suite, including a 3.5-ping large dry and wet separate bathroom, a bathroom with a warm room, a large bathtub, and a shower. The room also has a workspace, tables and chairs, and interior furnishings including a shoe chair, bed, dressing table, wardrobe, bedside table, and refrigerator. Accommodates 1-2 guests, extra bed (up to 1 person) for an additional 500 NTD. Pets are welcome in the Doufu Xiaolou, but because chickens and ducks are free range, please use a leash within the park to avoid causing panic or even harm to poultry.
