The apartment has been renovated recently, and is quite centric. Atocha train and metro Station are 5 minutes walking, and Sol and the central area is really close (plus you can see many sights of Madrid on your way). The Retiro Park is also a few minutes far away. Perfectly communicated with the city, train and bus stations and airport, with less than 2 minutes walking from the nearest metro station. Taxi stop 5 minutes far away. The "Rastro" (second hand market) is also not far away, and there are tapas bars in the area. We have internet connection. El loft cuenta con una habitación de matrimonio con vestidor modo suite, con una ventana que llena de luz el espacio. Totalmente equipado y funcional. El salón comedor es muy amplio, cuenta con un sofá cama, tipo chaislelongue. Tiene un baño y una cocina, ambos totalmente equipados. Dispone de una habitación estudio y un cuarto de lavandería.

Relax and unwind in this calm and stylish space. We have been Airbnb hosts for years, renting the attic of our own house. As it had no independent entrance we thought about adapting our basement to be able to continue welcoming guests with more intimacy, as we have always liked the idea of being able to host people from all over the world. It was a project in which the whole family participated and in which we put all our enthusiasm and affection. We hope you like it!
