Quiet house on a wooded plot of 1379 m2 with a 10x5 unheated swimming pool and with a temperature of 30°C in summer and a 4-person Jacuzzi. The 50 m2 living room is spacious and the kitchen is modern and equipped. A sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms of 12 m2 and a new bathroom of 10 m2. The second sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 upstairs and a new bathroom of 4 m2 on the ground floor and an office of 20 m2. Check-in ONLY on Saturday in July and August.

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.
