We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

The accommodation is close to the old town of Zadar, it is very quiet and well located. The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. On Vesna's advice, we were able to enjoy the street time festival. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay!

My stay at Irene's was fantastic! Everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and exactly as described. Irene is an incredibly friendly and helpful host—you immediately feel welcome. I definitely recommend it; I would come back anytime.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

A beautiful spot with an absolutely perfect swimming area. Very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We felt right at home, and enjoyed every part of our stay.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Maria and Frane are two great people. Very nice and helpful - everything was exactly as described. Super nice house with a great pool. Were there as a family with 4 children and it was really awesome. Far away from all the hustle and bustle and a very high standard in terms of amenities. Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The ground floor apartment was spotless and very comfortable—perfect for our family. My two kids especially loved the pool, which was clean and easily accessible. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. Our host Igor was welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay!

We had an amazing time at Marko's apartment. The view from the private sea-front was breathtaking and we spent many evenings there watching the sunset/swimming in the sea. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-thought out. We will be back!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed at! Firstly, the host was communicative and met us in person — even helped with taking our luggage up, accompanied us to the parking garage, and provided lovely recommendations for nearby restaurants. We asked for beach towels and they provided them. Secondly, the Airbnb itself is SPOTLESSLY clean, modern, and so comfy. We were planning to take a day trip out of Zadar, but decided to stay in instead and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony and very short walk to the old town, where the infamous sea organ and sun installation are. The kitchen is AMAZING and well-equipped — all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware were so new. There are a couple of grocery stores within a 5-minute walking radius. Easy 5* stay!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at mondena’s place. The location was amazing and the property itself was perfect had everything you could need including lots of big full length mirrors. It was super clean and tidy and had a good homely feel as well. The instructions to get to the property were brilliant and super clear. We had a great time exploring Zadar and surrounding towns and enjoyed people watching from the balcony with an Ice cream. We would definitely recommend this property

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.
