Holiday rentals with lake access in Zadar County

The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

A great house with a great pool. Super helpful contact. We felt really comfortable here for just under 2 weeks with two families. Especially the children (7-10) loved the pool. The layout of the rooms for two families is also great. I'd love to come back soon.

Iva is a wonderful host. Totally open and friendly and lovable. She gave us homemade limoncello and cookies and was always very sweet. She also helped us organize a scooter. A great woman! We felt at home. 🌞 And we will be happy to come back.

The welcome at Mario's was great! We were greeted with wine, bread and a plate of ham and cheese 😊 The house is rustic and cozy and we tried everything that was on offer. Swimming in the pool, sauna, hot tub, table tennis and of course we also grilled. Perfect! An issue with the internet was resolved quite quickly. A beautiful apartment in a quiet location, in a wonderful landscape near the Krka National Park. We made many excursions from here. Of course, you also have to factor in travel times of approx. 1 ½ hours. That was no problem for us and so we saw the Plitvice Lakes, Omis with a boat trip, Trogir with its beautiful old town and much more. The jeep safari over the Mali Alan Pass to Tulove Grede was awesome. As a farewell, we received a small handmade present and a bowl of typical pastries from his mother. Thanks for the wonderful time and best regards to your mother!

We were always helped with problems, the hosts are just great! The area is quiet and super nice, beach can be reached quickly by stairs. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Small shop easily accessible nearby. We will be back next year!

My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. Thank you Lea for the opportunity to stay in your apartment 😘😘 We recommend this host and her family to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pakoštane , 🥰 we were very happy to meet them. Very nice and well-equipped apartment, good location, friendly owners.

It was one of the best of our vacations. Śime and his family are very welcoming, caring and kind hosts. The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. A nice surprise for us was the welcome basket of fruit and drinks in the fridge. We are always ready to give advice on where to hang out or eat in Pakostane. The apartment itself is close to everything and together with this in a quiet and peaceful place, just behind the line of bustling seaside eateries with smoking fire pits in the evenings. On the last day, we were able to leave a few hours later and go to the beach in the morning, for which we would like to thank the hosts.

Wonderful location and host! Inceedible value for money with a private driveway and house on a sought after bit of Vir coastline. Water so close you dont even need to put on shoes. And zrinka very kind and helpful -even lent us a phone charger when ours died! Thank you!

Very nice apartment with a splendid view of the Kornati Islands. Functional, comfortable, and full of charm. It was a pleasure to enjoy the hot tub on the rooftop terrace. We were able to shine all over Dalmatia. Thanks to Anneliese for her kindness.

Ante and his family are superb hosts! The property is very comfortable, and my family felt at home. My kids loved the pool and hanging out on the patio. Ante graciously accommodated a special request. I highly recommend!
