A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

All you need can be reached by foot in a few minutes. It is situated less then 20 min walking from the city beach Kolovare and around 30 min walking to The Old Town of Zadar and 10 min walking from the Main Bus Station. 8 min of distance from the Ferry Port Gazenica and 15 min from Zadar airport by car.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
