The house is a short walk to the beach and is a perfect retreat between sea and sky. The large windows allow you to admire the sea that extends to infinity and give the breathtaking spectacle of the fiery sunsets. Each room is designed to ensure tranquility: from the bed, kitchen or living room, you can hear the sound of the crashing waves on the shore and create a natural soundtrack that will accompany your every moment of relaxation. Casetta Fragolina

"Casetta Fragolina", immersed in the heart of the Sila plateau. With the cleanest air in Europe, it is a romantic and accommodating apartment, typical of mountain towns. It is characterized by an outdoor feature adorned by typical mountain plants such as wild strawberries, raspberries and many beautiful colorful flowers. Located in the center of Camigliatello Silano, an important ski resort, about 150 meters from the main street, it has all the comforts of home.

Located in the beating heart of the university city of Rende. University can be reached on foot (1500 meters away) as well as by public transport. A 5-minute walk to the train station, 2 minutes to the bus stops and 500 meters to the Cosenza Nord highway junction. Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very spacious, you can safely park the car. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.
