Holiday rentals with a pool in Zagvozd

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Unkomplizierter und persönlicher Check-in wir haben uns von Anfang an Zuhause gefühlt. Petar war stets für uns erreichbar und sein Vater hat uns täglich mit frischen Produkten aus dem Garten überrascht und beschenkt. Der Pool sowie die Asche des Grills und das neue Feuerholz wurde regelmässig gereinigt/aufgefüllt. Vielen Dank für alles! Bis vald und Liebe Grüsse Seraina

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub und eine rundum tolle Zeit! Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir herzlich empfangen – mit einer liebevoll angerichteten Platte, die nicht nur toll aussah, sondern auch richtig lecker war. An einem Abend haben unsere Gastgeber sogar für uns gegrillt und uns mit köstlichen Grillplatten verwöhnt – das war ein echtes Highlight! Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht – bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Und falls doch mal etwas benötigt wurde, haben die Gastgeber es uns sofort und unkompliziert gebracht. Außerdem gab es tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und wertschätzend – man hat sich einfach rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen, vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Majas Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, am Hang mit Blick auf Meer, die Inseln Hvar und Brac und Berge. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs und konnten viele schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und das Sahnehäubchen ist der riesige Pool, in welchem man die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge geniessen kann. Maja hat uns herzlich empfangen und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Ana und ihre Familie sind wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich, fragen immer nach ob alles gut ist oder einem was fehlt. Eines Abends hat Anas Vater sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbeigebracht. Außerdem wurden wir einmal zum Essen in deren eigenen Restaurant eingeladen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker und die Gemeinschaft mit ihnen schön. Ausstattungsmäßig ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Sogar mehr als erwartet. Die Lage ist super schön. Es ist ruhig und man ist privat für sich. Der eigene Pool war für uns das Highlight. Wir waren super zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Vila Iko und würden es nur jedem weiter empfehlen 😍😍

Upravo smo se vratili s odmora u ovoj predivnoj vili i jednostavno moramo podijeliti svoje oduševljenje! Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. Gastgeber sind super nett gewesen schnell geantwortet und super hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Meer. Einkaufsläden sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Petar and his family were honestly great. If you are wanting a clean well kept place to stay which is a 10 minute uber away from split. We couldn’t recommend the place more!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

This place really surpassed our expectations and is even nicer than in the photos. It’s spotlessly clean, really spacious and very well supplied with everything you need. Pool was really quiet so always sun loungers available. Host was friendly, communicative and added some really thoughtful extra touches for our celebration which made it extra special. Overall we could not fault it and would definitely recommend. We did need to get taxis into town as it’s outside of the center, but Ubers were really cheap and quick, so this didn’t both us and was a worthwhile trade off to have a pool.

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

Elena was a spectacular host. She picked me up at the airport and took me to her home. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as it is on a pedestrian street but we quickly found our way around It is 5 minutes from EVERYTHING.. the beaches , green market, the palace and old town … The patio and pool made a perfect place to relax after a long day sightseeing

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen bei Tomislav & Ivana! Auf Fragen und Wünsche haben Sie sofort reagiert 🫶 Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, das man braucht & wir konnten sehr schnell einen entspannten Urlaubsrhythmus finden. Mal haben wir in der sehr gut funktionierenden Küche gekocht (der Induktionsherd war super) & entspannt auf der Terrasse bei beleuchtetem Pool gegessen, mal sind wir zum Dinner in eines der vielfältigen Restaurants in der Nähe ausgegangen. Bei Sonnenuntergang am Meer die Promenade entlang zu schlendern, war sehr schön! Tomislav & Ivana haben uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben-die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Erkundungen rundum, wie Split, Trogir und auch der Krka Nationalpark. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in der Nähe. Wenn wir in der Wohnung geblieben sind, konnten wir wunderbar chillen, lesen &das tolle Wetter genießen. In der ersten Juni-Woche waren es schnell 28°, da war es fantastisch, in den privaten Pool zu hüpfen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was really helpful and always available. House had a huge terrace in the middle of a farm. If you look for a quiet and tranquil spot this is for you. Stari grad only 5 min drive. Beautiful beaches in 30 min drive. we would return anytime.

Gorąco polecam to miejsce! Dom położony jest na wzgórzu, nieco nad miejscowością, co pozwala na spektakularny widok na Selca i morze z tarasu. Dom jest wynajmowany gościom tylko w lecie, w pozostałe miesiące mieszkają tu właściciele - od razu widać i czuć ten domowy klimat i charakter. Można się poczuć jak w domu, kuchnia jest maksymalnie wyposażona. Układ domu, przestronny tears i duże patio pozwalają na wygodne funkcjonowanie 6 osób. Jest ogródek warzywny, ładnie utrzymane rośliny ogrodowe i kwiaty. Dom w serwisie Airbnb wystawia agencja, ale gości witają i obsługują właściciele domu - przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Wielokrotnie podczas pobytu ugościli nas własnymi produktami - warzywami, jajkami z pobliskiego kurnika i pyszną oliwą. Basen i jacuzzi są regularnie czyszczone. Dom położony w spokojnej części wyspy, co jest dużym atutem. W pobliżu (dojazd autem, ale nie ma problemu z parkowaniem) są śliczne kameralne, kamieniste plaże. W Selca jest duży wygodnymarket spożywczy.

Amazing location, the view from the terrace and bedroom is breathtaking, the house itself is fantastic-very well maintained , it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Kitchen is very well equipped with pans and pots, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, washing machine. There are multiple AC in the house to keep you fresh, towels and nice white bedding. Next to the pool there is a shower with fresh water, sun beds, umbrellas and a big table to eat al fresco. We couldn’t check in early, but the host let us park one of our cars at the house ahead of time. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine. We were 4 people and loved it here. We felt we had a lot of privacy and plenty of space. Highly recommended.

This villa is awesome! It ticked every box for our family. It's steps from the beach. Very easy to walk into the lovely centre with a lovely selection on bars and restaurants. Helena was amazing and even cooked us a meal on our first night. I can't fault anything at all. Helena's husband even gave us a lift to meet our airport boat transfer. 5 star in every way!

Im ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es war nie langweilig, da es genug Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten in der Villa gibt(siehe Bilder).

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

Wir waren mit Freunden für einige Tage in diesem unbeschreiblichen Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in & Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert. Auf Fragen bekamen wir stets zügig eine Antwort, auch mit guten Tipps für die Region. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt und die Auszeit in genießen kann. Es ist ein kleines Paradies zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer. Wir sind uns einig, dass wir in diesen Traum von einem Haus gerne nochmal Urlaub machen würden.

Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und der Ausblick von der Wohnung ist traumhaft.. Der Weg nach oben ist beim ersten Mal ungewohnt, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Es handelt sich auch um feste Wege. Anders als in der Beschreibung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und Föhns. Die Außenanlage rund um den Pool ist genial und alles auch windgeschützt. Was man evtl. noch wissen muss, ist das die beiden Schlafzimmer auf unterschiedlichen Etagen sind und voneinander getrennt. Man kommt nur über die Außentreppe hoch.
