Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Our holiday house was built in 2022 in Zamardi, 150 meters from the shore of Lake Balaton. The 180-square-meter house on two floors, with 8 seats, all luxury needs, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining room, a large living room and a 40-square-meter covered terrace. The house is equipped with ceiling and floor heating, which provides a stable, steady temperature in all rooms. In the great summer heat, a pool awaits those who want to cool off.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
