Cosy house in the village

Το σπίτι αυτό χτίστηκε το 1960, και πρόσφατα ανακαινίστηκε. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ενιαίος και είναι ενα αυτόνομο τμήμα ενος μεγαλύτερου οικήματος .Ένας όμορφος κήπος με ιδιωτικό παρκιν, μπάρμπεκιου και πισινα εκτείνεται μπροστά του, πλαισιωμένος και προστατευμένος απο καταπράσινα φυτά. Βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη γειτονιά στο χωριό των Ταξιαρχών, σε απόσταση 10km ανατολικά της πόλης των Τρικαλων,με όλους τους δημοφιλείς προορισμούς του θεσσαλικού καμπου εύκολα και γρήγορα προσβασιμους.

Απολαύστε μια εμπειρία γεμάτη στιλ σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Ως σχεδιαστής εσωτερικών χωρών και παράλληλα ως τεχνίτης ειδικών κατασκευών, αποφάσισα να δημιουργήσω από μόνος μου αυτόν τον καλαίσθητο χώρο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Στόχος μου ήταν να δημιουργήσω, αν όχι το καλύτερο, ένα από τα καλύτερα loft της πόλης. Ο χώρος βρισκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος της πόλης και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή , Πλουτωνος 18 και είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη των Τρικάλων το "Βαρουσι". Μόλις 5’ με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η ησυχία και η αίσθηση ότι βρίσκεσαι σε χωριό το διακρίνει. Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

The rooms are each equipped with two single beds, closets, air conditioning and television. Each room also has its own bathroom. A large kitchen and a living room (both rooms also have air conditioning) complete the house. The large terrace is the perfect place to spend a cozy evening. The accommodation is located approx. 4 km from the city center. Surrounding sights such as the Meteora monasteries can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

A wooden house of 45 sq.m. in a fenced and wooded area of 2 acres with ornamental trees and plants, vineyard, vegetable garden, large lawn areas as well as a gazebo with barbecue. Make memories in this unique place that is suitable for families with children or for relaxing with your friends away from the sounds of the city. Your pets are also welcome. The distance from the city center is 5 km and from the Mill of the Elves 4 km.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just 170 m from the Mill of Elves, 7 min walk to the railway station and 15 min to the center of Trikala. The place has been designed and decorated with new furniture to make it suitable for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Εγώ κι ο σύζυγός μου, μετά από 9 χρόνια εμπειρίας, έχοντας το Traditional Guesthouse, αποφασίσαμε το 2025, από μονοι μας, να ανακαινισουμε και να δώσουμε ξανά ζωη σ' ένα παλιό πετρινο σπίτι που ήταν ακριβώς δίπλα μας.
