The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

U potpunosti klimatizirana i sa besplatnim WiFi i TV sa Netflix kanalom. Prvi kat se sastoji od kuhinje , blagovaonice, dnevnog boravka i kupatila s perilicom rublja. Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.

It is a new 70 m2 apartment including two bedrooms (1 x kingsize bed + 2 x single bed), work area, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a balcony with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in several shops in Rogoznica. The beach is peacefull and the water is crystal clear. You can relax on the beach under the parasol.

In our spacious apartment, you will enjoy a 180° Sea view and reside at a high standard. We have stable WIFI, working tables, efficient cooling and floor heating. You are 5 walking minutes away from beach, bakery or grocery store. Connect this apartment with the 4 Seasons Rogoznica studio for a trip with your favorite group (max 8 pple). Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.

Apartment is located on the beachfront area of Razanj. Everything is brand new (2023) and just placed on airbnb. There are 2 bedrooms holding one double bed and two single beds. Perfect for a family stay. There is a cute little balcony with a great view overlooking a bay. Beach is 50 meters away. Free parking is in front of the building.
