Beachfront holiday rentals in Zatoka

Best thing about the datcha is the location. It is right at the lake in a more like local neighborhood setting - far away from the big tourist crowds but still close to get to the main attractions of Zatoka. Just a 10 minute walk to the Black Sea beaches.

The world stands with Ukraine and its people. I pray for the safety of the people and hope peace returns to their beautiful country.

Quite, peaceful, cozy place. The cabin is plunged in greenery. From the veranda there is a wonderful sea view. There is everything you need for a vacation. Clean. Quick response from hosts to questions.

Great location, quiet, peaceful, has everything you need. The view from the window is enchanting. The sea is clean, there are few people. It should be noted that these are Odessa chickens, a very colorful place. There are a lot of steps, climbing up/down, you need to be prepared for that, but this is the specifics of this place that creates a special vibe. The house had everything you need, there is a washing machine. A large bed and a folding sofa, even an iron is available. The only tip is to change the bed sheets if possible. I liked everything, I want to come back again! We were with children, 4 years and 4 months, then there were no difficulties, but this is not a place where you can walk with a baby car, please consider this point when booking(for future guests).

Everything was good, cozy place , great host , not far from the sea, equipped with descent to the sea , drinking water from the tap, delicious coffee and pizza.

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

Great clean apartment with direct view of the Black Sea

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the three-story complex sanataria Promenade, on the shady side of the building (almost did not have to turn on the air conditioning, because without it there was a comfortable temperature). Free parking lot right under the window. The beach is open for visitors, walking 3-5 minutes. There is always free space on the beach, and if you go 100m side by side, there will be almost no one nearby. The apartment is equipped with all the appliances, the beds are comfortable. The only disadvantage is that the apartment itself is quite small, although this is compensated by a low price. I couldn't find any better value for the price. Would I come here again? - Yes

Great place to stay in the bay. Cozy room(everything you need is there). Shared kitchen with all necessary utensils. A small and cozy courtyard with a swimming pool and sun loungers. I liked that it was close to the sea and near the estuary with insanely beautiful sunsets.

I really liked it, the hosts are very hospitable people, the amenities are top notch, the sea is 5 minutes away from the property, which is very convenient. Very comfortable and comfortable rooms, all amenities in the room. It is just the perfect fit for relaxing with your child. On the way to the beach there are all the necessary shops for shopping. Highly recommend

Marina's house is modern and cozy and has everything one could need have a pleasant rest by the sea. The beach is less than 10 minutes away and there are excellent supermarkets and cafes nearby. The area is much more relaxed and family oriented then Arkadia and other more central beaches.

The rest went well, the inconveniences that arose, Alexandra responded quickly and fixed everything
