Лучшая охрана , 24ч с видео наблюдением ! 7 минут пешком к клубам Ибица и Итака. Закрытая охраняемая территория с лучшим двором , фонтаном , супермаркетом, салоном красоты, кафе. В 150 метрах Фитнес центр, бассейны. Дом со своим генератором , всегда работают лифты и есть горячая вода.
