Under this name, we are delighted to offer our guests three small houses, designed with meticulous attention by discerning architects. They are very modern, filled with beautiful and carefully selected exotic wooden furniture, equipped with high-quality appliances, and furnished with very comfortable hotel beds. On most of the spacious balconies, alongside exclusive teak wood furniture and loungers, we’ve added Finnish saunas for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests. The outdoor terrace leads you directly to a garden hot tub, which can serve as a small pool or a large bathtub, with the option to heat the water up to 40 degrees Celsius. While lying in the incredibly comfortable hotel bed, you can admire the view of the mountains, and the same applies to enjoying a bath in our two-person tub in the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your daily meals, and the dining room provides a comfortable space to enjoy them. The large windows allow you to feel the vastness of the surrounding space and beautiful views, and if needed, elegant blackout curtains will close you off in this cosy interior, away from the outside world. Soundproofing guarantees a sweet sleep, while the air-conditioning unit and two ceiling air mixers optimise the climate so you can feel special at all times. All of this is located in a village just a few kilometres from Żywiec, surrounded by the mountains and forests we all love so much.

On the other hand, the surrounding walking and cycling routes encourage active recreation, without starting the car, throughout the year. Here you can breathe deeply and enjoy all the charms of the world.

Live on the water! Our floating house is a dream come true of being as close to the water as possible. We would also like to share this extraordinary project with you, your family and friends. On a floating platform with an area of 65 m², we built a 35 m² house + a 30 m² terrace + a 25 m² SPA platform, which in total gives us 90 m² of private usable area floating on the water. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round.
