The apartment is exactly like the pictures: clean, welcoming and with a very beautiful sea view, and the surroundings are quiet. Anika and his husband are warm and welcoming people and in the middle of our stay they changed our bedding. Thank you very much for hosting us and we felt wonderful in your apartment ❤️.

Fully equipped, new and clean apartment. There's everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. Very comfortable, private entrance to the apartment. A covered terrace so you can relax in the heat without being in the sun, the sun shines directly only in the morning. New type of air conditioning, dishes, tableware. Thank you for your nice stay and restaurant recommendation, we wish we could have been longer, but we fell in love with Croatia :-D

Great, new apartment with everything you need. Good amenities and homely furnishings. At 36° outside temperature, the apartment was thankfully equipped with sufficient, modern air conditioners. The beautiful old town of Trogir and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. During high season, finding a parking space may be a bit adventurous. This was not possible directly at the property, public parking nearby costs 15 euros/day. For this, we recommend using the "BMove" app, as the old machines only take hard cash. The only criticism is the rather late check-in time of 4 PM, especially since you should be out again at 10 AM.

Wonderful apartment. Nice, spacious and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home. The place had everything in the description and more. We were with a 1 year old, and he had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the deck. Great communication with the host. She responded right away. During the stay, she even asked us if we needed anything and if everything was okay. There were quite a few snacks left for us to welcome. All in all a great place to spend a holiday there and regret coming home. Thank you and we recommend!

We stayed at Vlatkos place for a whole week and we couldn't have been happier. Everything was perfectly clean and there was everything we needed (coffee, towels, shampoo, hairdryer, etc.) which we really appreciated and made us feel right at home. Vlatko was always very responsive and friendly. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The road to reach the apartment is quite steep so it's favorable to have a car. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Josip and his wife were amazing hosts! Their apartment was absolutely beautiful in a perfect location to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Walkable to great restaurants with views, and rent jet skis and boats. They went above and beyond to help with anything we needed and the breakfast was also an amazing touch.

The apartment is super suitable for two people who spend a lot of time outside on the beach or in the surrounding villages and you have everything you need! As you can see in the pictures, there is a room and a bathroom in the studio. But you can share the great large terrace with a grill and sea view and even have two loungers, an outdoor shower and parking. And the bed is super cozy! The "beach" is just a 3-minute walk away and a large supermarket is also within walking distance. Manda greeted us personally and was very nice! We felt very comfortable! <3

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Host Ivana couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent spoken and written English. Fast response to questions. There to greet us, and at checkout (09.00hrs) and even took me to the airport. Fantastic host, well done.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Mr. Vjenceslav was super nice, funny and helpful. The apartment was also found without major deficiencies as shown in the photos. We would definitely recommend this place with great views.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Very easy to get into, very clean, and modern apartment! And the bed and pillow/beddings were so comfortable we had the best sleep. Parking spot is a big plus! Would stay again.
