Great stay!! Beautiful place! Super clean! Tonko was very responsive and went out of his way for us! I highly recommend to stay!

We enjoyed staying at Gorana's apartment. It is spacious, calm, clean and has everything you need. The view of the sea is amazing and the pebble beach is a few minutes' walk away. It is a 25 - 30 minute walk into town, but in return for that you get a quiet and peaceful environment. There are several good non-touristy places to eat within 10 - 15 minutes - the Skipper pizzeria, with great views of the marina, is particularly good. The Meštrovic Gallery and chapel are a few minutes' walk away and well worth a visit. Overall, a very nice place to stay on our first visit to Split.

Loved the place. The balcony is a wonderful place to have breakfast or a glass of wine. Beautiful view of the harbor. The location is a short walk from the central historic city but away from all of the noise that some of our friends who stayed in the center complained about. Dijana was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the lovely stay. It was very comfortable for our family of four. Darko was accommodating and helpful the entire time, including catching us before we left a bag behind and bringing it to us at the ferry! What a lovely host. The location is perfect -- easy access to the pedestrian zone, restaurants, the park. But not as busy as staying right in Old Town Split. There's a beach a 15 minute walk away which was also nice and easy to access.

It was a great stay. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. The apartment would also be well suited for four people. The sofa covers look a bit old-fashioned, but the sensational view of the sea and the large terrace with whirlpool makes you forget that immediately. The landlady was very accommodating and helpful. The transport from the airport to the accommodation was perfectly organized. Thank you for everything

We really enjoyed our time at Toni's beach house. The location is nothing short of stunning. We were travelling with our two small children, and while the room is very cozy, it was perfectly manageable. The outdoor area is great, and it's literally 5 steps to the beaches on either side of the house. It's a short but steep walk through a pine forest from the private parking spot, so it's best to pack light. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay and was very helpful. We're already thinking about going back to Marušići!

The house is ideally located, you can walk to the public beaches with bars around the corner, the bus to Trogir also around the corner and by car you can drive to Trogir (5 minutes to the large parking lot). Especially nice in the preseason because then Trogir is not too busy and there are already some bars and restaurants open around the corner. In the evening, everything closed early in May when we were there. You have to go to Trogir for an ice cream after 9:00 p.m. Our host was very friendly and relaxed. You walk into the sea, the garden looks very cozy, lavender and roses. Especially the terrace is really great!! Comfortable loungers, beautiful parasols and dining furniture are also top. Furthermore, everything was clean and sleek, yet cozy with a beautiful complete kitchen. The beds are wonderful, only the bathroom is a bit small but was fine. We enjoyed.

The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

We had an amazing stay in Trogir and can highly recommend Igor’s villa! The location was absolutely magical – close to both the sea and the charming town center. The villa was incredibly well-maintained and exceeded all our expectations. Everything from the rooms to the outdoor area was perfect and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There was truly nothing to complain about, and we enjoyed every moment. We can’t wait to come back!

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Review I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful and well-appointed villa before. It was incredibly comfortable and there were so many thoughtful touches. The pool was wonderful and our two young children thoroughly enjoyed it. Helena and her family went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. Bikes were provided which allowed us to get to the shops without a car. We made good use of the local pizzeria, but also enjoyed Helena’s recommendations further afield, such as Franka restaurant in Trogir. Proximity to the airport was really useful. There’s a lovely beach nearby and a beach bar. Would love to stay longer next time. Thank you Helena and hope we’ll see you again soon.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Dragana is a very kind soul, generous and thoughtful. I was well taken care of and the neighborood is quiet and charming. I loved my 5 nights there and will cherish good memories and good conversation. Thank you

We had a fantastic week in Seget Donji and with Nikolina at the end of May. There are only good things to say about our stay. Very good communication with Nikolina both before and during the stay. Very helpful at check-in. Great tips and recommendations about the area. The accommodation was great and comfortable, most of our time was spent on the terrace overlooking the sea. Incredibly beautiful! In connection with the house, there were several turtles in the garden that the children loved to feed with our fruit and vegetable leftovers. Just a flight of stairs down from the house, you came down to what felt like your own private beach. As well as a beach promenade where there were several other bathing places to choose from, plus restaurants and a taxi boat to Trogir. We are super happy with our stay in its entirety, the desire to return and recommend to others!

Apartment was outstanding. It was so relaxing eating our breakfast while watching the ferry’s dock. Lovely spacious rooms and scenic walk into Split centre. Klajdi was an amazing host. He responded immediately to any queries.

It is a great place to stay for its accessible location, pristine decor and wonderful hospitality. You will be staying in a heritage site with the Adriatic right on your doorstep! You will be centrally located between 2 touristic cities Split and Trogir making it easy to visit them, as well as take some day tours to other attractions. The surroundings are beautiful, offering a seaside promenade along the Adriatic and with pubs and restaurants along the way that offer great food and drinks. To top it all off, Antonella and her husband are wonderful hosts who welcomed us with open arms(and some gifts!). They are very responsive and empathetic, providing guidance and information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

The waterfront apartment in Split is the perfect place for a couple to stay while enjoying a visit to this beautiful, vibrant and historical city. Toni and Helena and wonderful hosts who will answer your questions thoroughly and quickly and will make any recommendations for things to do and places to eat during your stay. The apartment is very comfortable and is furnished with everything you need during your stay. We loved sitting at the little balcony watching the city wake up, the people enjoying holiday life and even a few weddings in the church next door!! I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Great location, perfect for a short stay! The property is only about a 10 minute walk from the city center, ideal for easy access to restaurants, bars and attractions. The surroundings are lively, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It really had everything you need for a short stay. Absolutely recommended!

It was an amazing staying here! The house is beautiful, very open, spacious and clean. We felt right at home! The location of the house is perfect, right in front of the sea. We could go for swimming during the day, and relax in the garden overlooking the water. It is a great location if you want to swim. Around 10min walking you have a few restaurants and 10min by car you are in the city of Trogir with many nice things to see! I highly recommend this place!! Hella and her family were also really nice!
