In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

The house is located in Schüttdorf, on the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that can all be climbed, there is enough hiking fun for every level.

Cinema-themed hotel in the Austrian Alps: Individual economy room in a boutique hotel right at the beginning of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. You can take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel, such as a gym, a large garden with lounge furniture and a wide range of activities such as dance classes every Sunday, concerts, etc. Fine little restaurant with homemade regional dishes including vegan options. Also roomservice for snacks such as pizza or burgers.

The Stefflhof has been in our family for 100 years, the house itself is much older. 100 cattle, cats and chickens live here. Already in the 3rd generation, our house has also been a guest house. The heart of the house is the "parlor." Here you can meet in the evening to play, tell stories and have a glass or two. We have THE tips for excursions and tours, for inns and rustic huts. Look in the barn, try homemade food, tell us about yourself - we look forward to it!

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.
