Rita is a great hostess. Always approachable and always available with good advice on excursions. She was also very loving with my dog. The space is as described it was good for me. You can explore a lot in the area. We were by car and therefore see flexible. We will be happy to come back.

Thanks for hosting me. It was a quick stay, but I enjoyed it. Roman’s partner was very friendly and welcoming. The place was perfect, all activities in Kaprun and Zell am see are within driving distance.

Our stay in Kristin's and Martin's lovely home was beautiful! Being new to this side of the world, the stay gave us a much needed taste of 'home'. Kristin and Martin are extremely warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the time and attention they put into housing us for the long weekend, as well as the recommendations provided for activities and slopes to try out during the day. We will definitely be returning :)

We spent 10 days in this wonderful mountain vibe, a guesthouse. The view of the mountains and the valley was beautiful. Most attractions within a short distance (driving). Meals served by hosts - simple, local and delicious (!!!!). Rooms big enough, clean and comfortable (we were 9 people). However, the most important part of this place is the hosts! With their hospitality, their communication, a big open heart, and great tips for places to go. Highly recommend!!!!!

My daughter and I had a great week with Martin and Kristin! The farm is delicious Austrian as are the delicious Snaps and other house made things. It is really recommended, nice reception by Kristin and the room has everything you need with a nice breakfast in the morning with your own jam. Thank you Kristin and Martin for your nice and atmospheric look in the life of a real Austrian farming family! Just book this super place!!!!!!! really can't go wrong and you go home with a few bottles of snaps and beautiful memories. Best regards, Lilou and George

Kristin, and Martin are fantastic hosts, very kind, open, and acommodating. We just fellt there right at home. Kristin was making delicious breakfests, and we could enjoy a lot of local, hand made delicacies. Her sightseeing recomendations were very helpfull. Localization is great, alps are beutiful, views are breattaking, and there are a lot of intresting atractions to attend in the area. We had wonderfull time, and we hope to visit again.

Loved the BNB!! Great room and great breakfast!! Really good location, right in the middle of the town, public transport very close and tons of ski shops too! Had fun snowboarding at Kitzsteinhorn which was only 10 min away.

Even though I was late an hour to check-in, Romana still help me to check in at 9 pm. Thank you. Location of the house is very easy to find. If you can stay at Number one room , I guess this is the most comfortable bed I’ve been on last 13 days during my travelling. Continental breakfast was sufficient enough to start your day . And I want to say thank you to Roman to supply us with hot water for our flask. If I’m in the area , I will like to stay again in Roman’s place.

The listing is true to the photos and ultra clean. We were very warmly welcomed by Sebastien's mother. Very good and hearty lunches, yogurt, egg, meat,fruit, bread and croissants and more. Restaurants, and small bars within walking distance and very warm. Winter should be magical a stone's throw from the ski lift. Very pleasant stay!

You will not regret staying in a room or appartement at Madlen in Kirchberg i.T.! We went here in august ‘20 and had a great time. The place is very clean, well maintained and Madlen is a great host. She does everything to make sure you have a good time. Madlen cleans also your room everyday including new towels! And if that’s not enough; the location is great with a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. And if you like minigolf: it’s in the garden! So: looking for a nice place in Austria? Look no further! :-)

My husband and I spent a week in the accommodation, which is an ideal starting point for hiking in the surrounding mountains, for an active pastime. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful, with special, self-made hams,salami, cheeses. The host also served egg dishes on request for breakfast. The meat shop on the ground floor of the accommodation also provided dining and dining facilities at a reasonable price during the store's opening hours. The host's hospitality is exemplary, sometimes touching. I can only recommend that we go back there anytime.

Good option if you want to visit Krimml waterfalls. It is at about 10 minutes from the waterfalls. Wilfred is extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast!

We booked as a family for 3 nights with Holger to escape everyday life and go hiking in the mountains. In his wonderful house, renovated with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable! Holger was easily accessible at all times and was able to answer our questions quickly and easily - in general, communication was very warm and inviting from the beginning. He's a great host. It is therefore also self-evident that the rooms and rooms with him were in pristine condition and of course very clean. If you're thinking about booking - do it! We will definitely be back!

I liked the place, a self contained room with own bathroom. A good and helpful host who replied quickly and was on-hand when I needed them, left me to get on with my holiday the rest of the time. The place is a short but uphill walk from the bus stop and shops. Kaprun is beautiful, and I would stay at this accommodation again.
