In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

The house is in Schüttdorf, at the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is located about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a really big parking spot there. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that are all climbable, there is plenty of hiking fun for every level.

The Stefflhof has been in our family for 100 years, the house itself is much older. 100 cattle, cats and chickens live here. Already in the 3rd generation, our house has also been a guest house. The heart of the house is the "parlor." Here you can meet in the evening to play, tell stories and have a glass or two. We have THE tips for excursions and tours, for inns and rustic huts.
