The most popular ski lifts (12-seater Express, Reiterkogel) are only a 5-minute walk away - on the way back you swing off right in front of the house.

It is located at the Alpine Resort Kaprun, which offers our guests free of charge access to a sauna and relaxing area, separate rooms for bikes and skiing equipment and two parking spots, which directly belong to the apartment.

We love to host our guests! Our home has been curated with the aim to make you feel at home. Being busy travellers ourselves, we aimed to create a space that welcomes and makes you feel at ease once you have arrived at your vacation home. We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Time out: Sonnentalhof Hohe Salve

The Sonnentalhof, a lovingly renovated former farmhouse in the Hohe Salve region, has been open to guests since 2022. The location near the valley station in Itter makes it the ideal accommodation for family vacations and offers excellent opportunities for sports activities. Traditional materials such as old wood and old farm cabinets underline the regional character. The Sonnentalhof offers the charm and coziness of the typical huts of the Hohe Salve region.

The Apartment Tilli is part of the BergHoch3 Apartments (berghoch3.at), which invite you to relax as much as to experience the Salzburg mountains in winter and summer. Beautiful, modern and warm apartment with most of the amenities you could need, including a small dishwasher, coffee maker, nice wine glasses, etc. Wi-Fi and smart TV worked perfectly. Excellent location; it's on the edge of town which means it's very quiet but still only a 5-10 minute walk to the CityXpress lift and shops/restaurants. The balcony is very nice and the sun comes out in the afternoon!

Our apartment is located in our farmhouse, it has a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Almdorf is located between Saalfelden and Maria Alm and is a small beautiful farming village. Among other things, we have parking spaces for motorhomes, a natural shop and we make delicious cream cheese from our milk.
