We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had an amazing time at the chalet! The value for the place was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna and hot tub. Every room was in pristine condition and we were grateful for all of us to have our own bathrooms. The beds are firm but comfortable. There was no snow when we stayed however the fall leaves were absolutely stunning to see. Would love to stay there again during ski season!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

The couple hosted us with smiles on their faces, place is amazing and surpassed 5 star hotels, amazing area and surrounding, what caught my attention is the attention to details everything is super clean and little pieces of furniture and house needed materials are everywhere, this place can be a standalone home for anyone. Definitely visiting again if we have the chance It’s worth mentioning the couple were responsive at all times and during check in they waited for us, also during check out we had a great chat and they helped with the luggage

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

The three of us (one adult and two teenagers) spent a wonderfully relaxing week here. Christoph is a great and uncomplicated host who responds very promptly to questions. The cottage itself is exactly as described. The approach is via a narrow path (on which we met two riders on our arrival, which led to a not entirely easy "reverse maneuver"). Behind the house, a stream splashes, but you can't hear it with the windows closed (although I'm quite sensitive to noise). In front of the house, a hiking trail passes by that we used for two tours ("Hochebene Maria Elend - Kapelleralm Runde von Embach" and "Spektakulärer Skywalk - Taxenbach-Wasserfall Runde von Taxenbach" ... just check Komoot). The Berggolf round (clubs and balls are available in the information office in the village) is also fun. The Langreiter pizzeria is highly recommended. The only sticking point: the bunk bed for people > 1.90m.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

Beautiful, cozy apartment that makes you feel comfortable quickly. In terms of amenities, my partner and I lacked nothing. The sauna is the highlight of the apartment. As a small note:the apartment is right on the main road of the valley, but the path to the supermarket, bakery and Wildkogelbahn on foot is super short, which is convenient. As a starting point for further activities in the Hohe Tauern National Park, the apartment is great, especially for the western part of the Salzachtal (Bike and Hike, for example, is possible).

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

Super nice,clean apartment and perfectly suited for our vacation for four. Beautiful surroundings,many excursion destinations and especially many activities for children. We felt very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay. In the mid-season at the end of May, there is very little going on here and it is very quiet. The surroundings are very beautiful despite the ski resort.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

Can't find a fault. Host was really helpful and helped book taxis. She even offered to take us to the wedding we were attending when the taxi was late. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom was very clean and had everything you needed!

We had a wonderful stay! Christina and Peter were fantastic hosts— very kind and responsive. The accommodation was great, conveniently located close to the ski slopes, with restaurants nearby and supermarkets offering a variety of choices. The apartment was well-equipped with the necessary appliances, incl hairdryer, toaster, coffee machine, and a washer-dryer. Our kids loved the bunk bed! A small note: the unfolding bed creaks, and we noticed some mold in the bathroom and near the balcony. CAUTION NOTE: We experienced an theft incident when checking out. While my husband was loading 2 suitcases to the car - 10 metres from the building, he left two big bags of food (cookies, waffles, fruits, veggies, etc.) on a bench INSIDE the building. Within just a few minutes, they disappeared. A local resident mentioned that similar happened before there. The hosts were very supportive despite being unable to assist from afar. We did not call the police as were short of time.

Attention in post-communication! The place was really nice at first – especially the view was amazing. Unfortunately, the stay in retrospect was clouded by unfounded allegations by the host. After our departure, we were assumed to have things we did not do to the best of our knowledge and conscience – such as "taking away" a duvet or the "dirty" leaving the apartment. Despite paid cleaning, additional costs were requested without prior consultation or receipt. Unfortunately, the handling was very unfriendly and not very solution-oriented. Too bad, because that clouds the memory of an otherwise beautiful stay. Those who value good interaction – not only during, but also after the stay – should be aware of this.

Sönke and Tillmann's apartment immediately felt like a home. It is very well-equipped, sparkling clean and is located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. We had our privacy at all times and were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. Thanks to the hourly ski bus, we were quickly and easily in the Hochkönig ski area. The supermarket was also within easy walking distance – overall a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!
