In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. Please note: - The use of the common spaces (kitchen and dining room in the basement) is possible at a surcharge and after prior notice. - Breakfast for guests in the apartments can be ordered at surcharge.

House Rensen orange private room

The house is located in Schüttdorf, on the south side of the lake. It is a quiet street with parking space. It is about 1 km from the nearest ski lift (Areitbahn), 10 minutes walk and 4 minutes by car. There is a very large parking lot. And about 5 minutes from the nearest stop of the ski bus. Zell am See city is a 3-minute drive. The lake is less than a 5-minute bike ride away. The house is surrounded by mountains that can all be climbed, there is enough hiking fun for every level.

Room in Cinema-themed Hotel incl. breakfast buffet

Cinema-themed hotel in the Austrian Alps: Individual economy room in a boutique hotel right at the beginning of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. You can take advantage of all the services offered by the hotel, such as a gym, a large garden with lounge furniture and a wide range of activities such as dance classes every Sunday, concerts, etc. Fine little restaurant with homemade regional dishes including vegan options. Also roomservice for snacks such as pizza or burgers.

The double room has a fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster as well as plates and cutlery, color TV and balcony, bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer as well as shower gel/soap and towels. Wi-Fi and a safe are also included. On the sunny side between Kaprun and Zell am See. We offer you a friendly, family atmosphere. Sauna, solarium, hot tub, WiFi, parking by the house. No breakfast included. plus €2.55 tourist tax per person/day

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Pension Baranekhof - Double room se snídaní

Pension Baranekhof Kaprun is surrounded by mountain massifs and meadows, directly below the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The capacity of the house is 55 beds and you can stay here in rooms for 1 to 6 people. You will find a lounge, self-service bar - kitchen, barbecue area in the garden, children's playground, billiards, table football, table tennis, fitness, ski-bike room, private sauna and seminar room. The house is also suitable for corporate events.

The Aviators Lodge, the Ager guest house is the slightly different bed and breakfast in Westendorf. - Bread service on request. - On request, we will fill your refrigerator, the breakfast bar with regional products. In the bar you will find a coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, etc. - Daily cleaning service. - If you would like, we can organize breakfast for you at Cafe Elisabeth or at Hotel Mesnerwirt.

After renovation work, the Huber guest house has new bathrooms, bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Every day we offer you breakfast from €6.50 to start the day strengthened. In winter, you can reach the Kitzbühel Alps panoramic railway or the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world in Bramberg in no time. In summer, Gästehaus Huber is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking or cycling tours in Pinzgau.

Chalet for 2–10 people

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house sleeps 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
