To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

This was my family’s second time staying at the home and it was yet again amazing! Our host is so helpful and friendly and the home is beautiful! We loved staying there for the second year in a row and we will definitely be going back again next year!

Everything as exactly as described. It was easily accessible, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and right at home from the minute we walked in. Sebastian was VERY responsive to any messages we left, like within minutes of posting. I would be more that happy to reserve this location in the future and highly recommend to anyone I know that will be travelling to Tampa. Thank you so much for making us feel like family and providing the "at home" environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Davenport! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family, the pool was warm and the park and basketball/tennis court was within walking distance. Perfect place. It was clean and exactly as pictured. Debbie was an amazing host and very responsive! Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is large and laid out nicely with a big updated kitchen, large primary suite with an awesome bathroom, and of course the pool was an added bonus. Only suggestion is to have extra blankets and more glasses and coffee mugs. It's a great place and I recommend staying!

WOW! This Airbnb exceeded every expectation and then some! I stayed here this past weekend with a party of 28 people, and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The house was absolutely immaculate—honestly, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It felt like we had stepped into a luxury resort, complete with soft jazz playing as we entered, which set such a peaceful and welcoming tone. The space was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. I especially loved how every bed had a trundle—everyone in our group was able to sleep comfortably, which is no small feat with such a large party. The attention to detail was top-tier. The host was phenomenal—super responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was smooth and stress-free. Their hospitality really stood out. I truly can’t stop raving about how incredible this home was! I’m already planning to book again for a family trip in October for my niece’s birthday. If you’re thinking about booking—DO IT.

Cheryl’s place was perfect for our U of Tampa graduation celebration! We were within 2 miles of all our favorite spots, SOHO, Hyde Park, the River walk, Downtown, U of Tampa, and my daughter’s apt! Also, very easy access and jump on 275. Davis Islands is a cute spot on its own as well. Very walkable for exercise and/or into the cute little town with bars, restaurants and a coffee shop. Cheryl’s place is great for a group. There’s space to hang out in the family room, as well as outside at the pool! We loved our time at the house, as well as when we were out exploring! I would definitely recommend Cheryl’s place. It feels more like a home than a rental! Thank you again! We hope to return!!

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

The house was beautiful and well equipped! The pool was huge and clean, our kids loved playing with the provided floaties and toys. Isabella even put the lights and waterfall on for us and heated the pool for us on our second day. Plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. We have stayed in a few Airbnb’s now and I would say this was the best! Isabella was paid a lot of attention to detailing with the decor in the house and providing kitchen, bathroom and other items. Very prompt to respond and checking in on us. We would love to stay here when we visit Tampa again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We just hated we only had 2 days. The place was perfect for kids, young and old. Had everything you could possibly need! Two families stayed with 5 ages 10-15, they had a ball!! When asked their favorite part, they couldn’t pick just one. I would recommend booking with Courtney and Robert. It was smooth and easy, they answered promptly, and were great hosts! Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will be back!

The Sebastian Pool Villa was one of the best homes we have stayed in thus far. We couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay at this Airbnb! The size of the home for the price is absolutely unbeatable—it felt spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in so easy and enjoyable. It's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. One of the standout features was the thoughtfully curated binder of information about the home and area of town. It was full of recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to plan our days. This level of detail truly sets the experience apart. We have already saved this home for future rentals and are excited about the prospect of bringing our children next time. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Davenport while attending the D2 Summit! The home was spotless, spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect close enough to the ESPN Wide World of Sports but still tucked away in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind after long competition days. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic first visit to Florida and Kirsten went above and beyond to ensure we hand an amazing time in the villa. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, the house was exactly as described. Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Publix supermarket within walking distance, Target and Walmart a 10-15 min drive away, Disney parks only 20mins most days, Universal parks a little further about 40 mins. Kirstens home was incredibly well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay! We stayed as a group of 9 and had plenty of room for everyone. Our children had great fun in the games room and with the additional toys and games in the house. Overall it was a great holiday and when we return to the states (hopefully in the near future) we will definitely be giving Kristen a call to rebook our stay here! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your fabulous home!

This house is very comfortable! We have 5 kids and they all enjoyed using the pool and pool table. I recommend highly paying for the pool heat; more so for the evening swim. We still used the pool daily, but I will definitely ask to have it heated before we come next time. We felt very safe in this location. Clean, family-friendly surroundings. Easily accessible to all Disney activities! We also spent time in Clearwater and on the Atlantic coast. About 1.5 hours to Gulf or Ocean from her place. We will definitely be back!!❤️

Me and family of 7 stood at Marks place for 4 days, House is beautiful actually needs Better pictures because is way better in person, pictures don’t do justice. Rooms are spacious very clean, decor is very nice and modern, the kitchen was our favor part where we spent most of our time, while cooking and playing pool. The Hot Tub is a huge bonus the highlight of every night, and morning coffee while looking at the golf course was my fav. Even the neighbors were so nice. will deff return and recommend the home to friends and family. Thank you again for having us!
