Apartment holiday rentals in Zinkwazi Beach

This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Durban! The home is absolutely beautiful, stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. You can really tell that care and attention to detail went into creating a welcoming space. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: the couch could use a deep clean or reupholstering, as it had a bit of a worn look and lacked that fresh, clean scent. The cushion inners were also quite flat, so replacing them would really bring the lounge area back to life. I stayed in the bedroom facing the passageway, and I’d recommend adding block-out curtains or blinds , the hallway light filters into the room at night, which made it difficult to sleep. That said, everything else was outstanding, and I’d absolutely stay here again. With just a few tweaks, this place would be perfection!

It's a wonderful place! The apartment is very spacious, bigger than it looked in the photos. Everything is very clean and brand new. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The territory is close and you feel safe in the apartment. The beach is very close, literally 5 minutes on foot. But the veranda won our hearts, the whole family spent most of our time there playing games and talking! The ocean view is mesmerizing. Many thanks to the hosts! Candice was in touch all the time, helped with all the questions very quickly. Special thanks for the opportunity for flexible check-in and check-out! What a clean and comfortable stay I had in this very special Cottage! It was immaculate, and was equipped with everything I would need for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming, and the ambiance…so very ‘good for the soul’. Marné was a perfect host with a real gift of conveying info in a timely, clear, and creative way. Jean was a fantastic host—friendly and easy to communicate with and definitely went the extra mile for us. The unit was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was thoughtfully set up with nice little touches throughout. We enjoyed the small trail in the complex and loved being able to walk to Thompson’s Bay Beach. We’d definitely love to come back!

Spectacular views and very secure estate . Apartment itself is very well equipped and really is a therapeutic getaway would definitely recommend this place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. Host are very responsive and accommodate most requests . The welcome board is a good touch good gesture.

Nice spacious penthouse apartment in walking distance from many restaurants, shops, malls and beach. We also loved the outdoor space. The apartment is a short drive from the airport and esay to find after instructions from Bianca. Bianca was a good host, informative and responsive.

We had the pleasure of staying at Tennille’s Airbnb and it was incredible. Heather (host)is an absolute gem,so caring, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was well-equipped and perfect for our nearly 3-week stay. The washing machine and dishwasher were especially useful. The master bedroom and bathroom were just the right size. One note: the garage is a very tight fit for medium to larger vehicles. My BMW X1 just made it, and I found reversing in worked better than driving straight in. The aircon came in handy on warmer days. But the highlight? The view and patio...OMG! We spent almost 80% of our time out there. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Heather truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended! We'll be back for sure!

The position could not have been more perfect. Right in the middle of Salt Rock and a two step walk the garden gate onto the beach. It was heaven going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean on our doorstep. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking ocean views and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the open-plan living area and the outdoor patio. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Amazing views of the ocean from the balcony with the most beautiful sunrise. The place is located in a peaceful area. Parking available at no extra cost. Security at the gate is very helpful and friendly. Gordon & Joy are perfect hosts with great expensive taste. Absolutely loved the artwork!

We had a lovely 2 night stay - but we would have loved to stay longer. We got to see some dolphins while enjoying our morning coffee outside. The flat is close to the beach and has lots of activities. It’s safe and secure.

Leslie's home was great. It was in a great location and Leslie was easy to get hold of when we had question. There were a couple of minor issues that were easily sorted out, like the location of the stove switch and the keys to one of the sliding doors. The only downside, had to do with the parking - there was something that dripped from the parking ceiling onto my windscreen and bonnet and I'm struggling to remove it.

The penthouse is beautiful and comfortable. Robyn is such an amazing host - she’s friendly, responsive and accommodating. We had such a lovely stay and will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely stay. The view is spectacular and having our breakfast and dinner on the veranda overlooking the sea and watching the sun rise and set was so special. The unit is very large and we comfortably stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children. The kids loved the pool!! And we walked straight onto the beach every day. We’ll definitely book this unit again. 😊
