Two terrace studio loft near the center

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.

Bumbeta House is located in the very nearness of the old town of Šibenik, beautiful Adriatic coast, sea and beaches, in a suburban nature rich in olive groves and vineyards, only 10 min drivr to the nearest restaurant and shopping centres.

The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

Casa Pina

"Casa Pina" is situated in the silent foothills of the Barone fortress, couple of minutes away from historical part of Šibenik and its other tourist attractions. This stone house is more than 100 years old and it has been newly renovated and adapted, as well as fully equipped, in 2017. We made sure to keep all of its charming details as well as authentic Dalmatian style. This house is a home and we would love to share this feeling with our guests. Welcome!

Villa Olga - Apartment surrounded by the sea

The apartment is on the 2nd floor facing the sea. The view stretches from Primošten to Vodice, and the open sky offers all the colors of sunrise and sunset. Since the house is on a protruding part of the land, the sea is as if it is around you, no ship can miss you on the left or right. You can watch the sea and all its changes all the time, even while lying in bed.

Only 12m2 large studio inside a miniature house in our backyard. Studio is equipped with air conditioner, WiFi & Apple TV. Infront of the studio you have a private pavilion where you can enjoy your morning coffee or maybe an evening glass of wine. ;)
