Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Žman

Branka's apartment worked well for our crew! We initially couldn't find it (it was a sharp turn) but Branka helped us navigate in real time and Branka's mom, Maria, was there to greet us. The place was spotless, bedrooms were as described, plenty of bathrooms and we loved the homemade artwork on the walls. Our group really appreciated the upper outdoor balcony area for hanging out. (with a tiny glimpse of ocean). Even though we spent most of our time away (Plivitce and Zadar), we appreciated that the space worked well for us....gathering spots and privacy too and again, it was very clean, which is a top priority for us. Thank you!

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. Great host, responsive and helpful!

We were looking for a home in Biograd to rest after a day of diving. This house is perfect. Nice and cool, beautiful garden and bicycles that you can rent to cycle to the diving school or the center. A small supermarket with fresh bread and a nice restaurant around the corner, so you can also do a lot on foot if you want. We hope to be back.

This is my second time staying here. It is one of my favorite Airbnbs ever! If I'm ever in this part of Croatia, I will always try to stay here! Perfect place in a beautiful location. Easy drive to Zadar, Plitvice, Paklenica NP, Pag!

Katarina and Predrag are extremely friendly, warm and uncomplicated hosts. Although we only booked at 12:30 pm on the same day, we were able to move into the house in the evening in perfect condition The house was very clean and Predrag cleaned the pool every 2 days, always taking care not to disturb our privacy. In case of problems, they were immediately available and took care of them immediately! At the end of our holiday, they invited us to a barbecue, which unfortunately we could not attend, as we had already planned other activities...a week is far too short. Inventory, kitchen appliances all great! Our dog was also welcome. For him, the fenced and large property and also the adjacent field paths to the walkway were wonderful!

We were 4 adults and 3 children in the beautiful house of Margita in Sukošan. Margita, who had prepared homemade Croatian delicacies for the reception and Zoram, who checked the pool every day and is very nice, are loving and honest people. In the house and on the entire property with pool and many relaxation possibilities, nothing was missing. Margita's excursion tips were very helpful and for all questions, there was immediately a nice answer. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back...

This apartment has everything you need. We were more than satisfied and happy to be able to spend our vacation there. :-) The hosts are very friendly, easily accessible and welcomed us super nicely. The house, the garden, the pool, everything is beautiful. There's a lot of effort in this. We arrived and felt right at home. It's all there, great furnishings and we didn't miss anything. Table football, darts, table tennis... here you can relax or be active. Filip always kept in touch and gave us a lot of great tips. Janja welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything. She always asked if everything was okay or if we were missing anything. The house is secluded in a quiet location, exactly to our taste. By car, 2 minutes to get bread and 20 minutes to go shopping. Perfect. Beaches and cities are just a short drive away. We loved it. Thanks

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The accommodation is as described, you feel like a local. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. coffee, tea and all kitchen utensils. Detergent, etc. is also available. These details make the accommodation particularly great. The house next door belongs to the property, you are not completely alone. The surrounding beaches, sights, etc. are very easy to reach. Absolute recommendation for the north of Dugi Otok.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

The accommodation was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and the jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without problems. We will certainly come back!

Maja’s apartment is absolutely perfect and furnished to a very high standard. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area and short walking distance to a supermarket, a taxi to the old town cost €5 so we didn’t need a car. Maja was always available to answer any questions really quickly. When we arrived there were drinks in the fridge including wine which was lovely. There is also hand soap, shower gel and hair/ body wash in all 3 bathrooms. Plenty of towels, even for the sun beds and hot tub. We loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Martina and her husband were very nice and helped us with getting settled since we landed in Zadar very early. The flat was very nice and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Zadar.
