The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Vermietet wird unser 19 qm großes Gästezimmer über der Garage mit separatem Eingang, zwei Einzelbetten, Minisofa und abgetrennten Bad mit Dusche und WC. Im Raum befindet sich ein Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Pad-Maschine, Mikrowelle, Smart-TV und WLAN. Skier, Schlitten, Fahrräder, etc. können sicher im Keller abgestellt werden. Ein Pkw-Stellplatz im Hof ist für Euch reserviert. Bettwäsche, Wolldecken, Handtücher und Frühstücksgeschirr sowie Tee/Kaffee werden bereitgestellt.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!

In our apartment you will spend a wonderful vacation. Located directly in the Alps, you can start your hikes from there, spend your ski weekend, plan your bike tours or simply relax on the balcony with mountain views. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children for safety reasons.
