Enjoy the rural tranquility in this cozy little apartment. We are renting a new, fully furnished 2-room granny apartment. The forest and nature are just a few meters away. In the village, there are restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful park as well as an outdoor swimming pool right next door. The district town of Balingen is minutes away and invites you to stroll and linger. Free parking is right outside the apartment on the property.

Playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity and an outdoor swimming pool about 2 minutes away on foot.
