Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zona Buenos Aires, Milan

We were on our way from Germany to Rome and decided to spend a night in Milan. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. The apartment was exactly as advertised, in my opinion even larger than in the pictures. You felt comfortable right away due to the bright furnishings & the cleanliness. However, since we arrived late at night, we could not find a parking space right away, but after a few minutes we were lucky that one became available right in front of the small alley to the apartment. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation, and Silvana is also a very nice host and made our stay as easy as possible. :)

This apartment is a serviced/refurbished apartment across the level (common staff that cleans the entire level). Loved the aesthetic and mindfulness about placement of lighting. Comfy bed of foam and just the right firmness, double pillow per pax. Basic bath items inclusive (towels and shower gel). Loved the dual shower heads (rain shower and handheld). Dual aircons in consideration of the sun received. Dishwasher is a premium addition. Love the thought which went into the unit. Makes you feel like home and at ease. Most items are considerably new (heater/boiler was good). Thermal flask had a little collection of calcium at the bottom, might consider changing. 1L of water, Caffè capsules, and Madeleine inclusive too Only thing setting it apart from a premium accommodation above its price point is the kitchen-top which is visible from previous occupants' improper use. And, there were also some insect problem near the main door area. Other than that , it is well worth what is paid !

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great base for Milano. The space is bigger than the photos give it credit for. The neighbourhood is lively with great food and bars. Mariuccia was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Appreciated the hospitality and will be staying next time we are in Milano.

Great location! Not far from the main station and a short walk to park Sempione. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for what we needed! Fabio was also friendly and easy to communicate with.

We stayed six nights at Gianluca’s charming bachelor pad, in a quiet part of city, 3 min to metro station and from there 15 min to Duomo and everything else. The place is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities to prepare a meal which not too many AirBnBs can claim. The air conditioning made a huge difference during the 35C Milan hot days. The place is on third floor but the building has an elevator. A real gem among other places.

We spent 3 nights at Martina's apartment. The apartment was as described. Martina and her daughter Elena were very available, accommodating on schedules, friendly. Have a great stay, thank you again!

It is close to Milano Centrale station, 7~8minutes by walk. Room and bathroom were clean.

Fabios place the perfect place to get to Milan Central station. It was not more then 3 minutes walking. The place was clean, comfy and just everything in it that you need. Fabio was very kind and a pleasure to meet. We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Micky is a very warm and friendly person. I felt at home here. We arrived at his homestay at 10:00 in the morning. Check-in time was 2:00 in the afternoon. He helped us store our luggage first according to our time, took us to familiarize ourselves with the surrounding environment, and took us to the subway station. The next day, when we checked out, he helped us store our luggage. Micky waited for more than an hour at the temporarily agreed time due to other reasons.In short, this is our first stop in Italy, Micky is a very good person, giving us a lot of help, making us feel warm!This is a very nice homestay, convenient transportation, very cozy and comfortable!

Stayed at this location on the first day of my trip to Italy and the last night two weeks later. I highly recommend! Convenient location near the train station and walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and pharmacies. The space is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Daniela is very helpful with clear instructions.

Nice house. We used three beds. My party was four: my mother in her seventies, my brother, my 14 year old niece, and me. Good to cook in the kitchen with lots of plates, pots and pans, silverware. The bathroom was also good and the shower booth drains well. We had good time for three nights. Walking distance to Pam and Carrefour express for getting grocery. Easy access to corso Buenos Aires for shopping. Lorenzo was very responsive and sincere to our questions and difficulties. Definitely will come again when I visit Milano again.

Great spot in Milan! The apartment is very spacious and Bernardo is very communicative and helpful. The subway is also easily accessible, it's a nice quiet location

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. So comfortable, extra touches, amazing hosts, we will be back to stay again in the future. Perfect.

Beautiful apartment, great area for bars/ restaurants and easy access to Metro. From start to finish Francesca was super helpful, super response with great recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our time at Alberto’s apartment which was well located within walking distance of Milano Centrale and all the important attractions. We felt safe and comfortable and were grateful for having a well appointed apartment, not lacking in anything. I would recommend this apartment.

When in Milan, this is the place to be. It's just minutes from Milano Centrale Train Station, Duomo Plaza, La Rinascente (High End Shopping) The apartment is immaculate and very comfortable. The host Carlos definitely a Superhost who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very proactive and responsive to your needs and requests. He also has an extensive guidebook for a list of places to eat, how to get here and there. He just made things easy for us. We definitely recommend Carlos and his property 100%. Thank you Carlo!

Modern updated apartment very close to Milan Central Station. Clear instructions for easy secure access. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and living space with smart tv. Host was always accessible to communicate with. I'd recommend this host and nice apartment!
