Villa Katarina & Luka is part of the old stone house constructed 1937., and was completely renovated and upgraded 2010., where attention was paid to natural materials, stone and wood, and that he does not disturb the native style. Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Capacity is 4 people. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet), from the living room open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. All floors of the house are connected by internal stairs. The first floor is a spacious bedroom with bathroom (shower, toilet), the loft is another bedroom. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
