Few meters walk to luxury downtown shopping, top restaurants/bars, the lake, the main station. Apartment in front of the river protected from noise, in the most elegant, high-end spot downtown. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.
