The location is ideal for being quiet in Paris while being close to the metro lines that lead to the most lively neighborhoods in Paris.

Our house is comfortable and located behind a small, very quiet, early 20th century building, 5 minutes' walk to the metro (metro line 1 that crosses Paris very quickly). Bois de Vincennes is 200 m away and Paris is at the end of the street. Please note, this is our primary residence, not a rental house. It is therefore not empty, but full... of our life and we care about it.
