Apartment holiday rentals in 15th arrondissement

The space is beautifully designed with everything you need, but not a lot of clutter. It was sparkling clean had a view of the river. Close to the Eiffel Tower, and to a metro stop. Cino is a terrific host with great communication. I would happily stay in this apartment again.

Amamos quedarnos en el sitio de Agathe, las vistas a la torre Eiffel eran absolutamente fantásticas. Ella siempre amable, el lugar muy comodo y acogedor. Una ubicación genial, íbamos caminando a los campos marte para hacer picnic o a la torre Eiffel misma. El condominio donde está el apartamento también es muy bello, era agradable llegar, te sentías siempre bien recibido. Sin duda nos volveríamos a quedar.

This is the best Airbnb experience we have ever had, largely thanks to our incredible host Terri! She is very helpful and responsive, making us feel completely supportive before and during our stay. The unit itself and the surrounding are nothing short of beautiful. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing that felt like a home away from home. The unit is well-equipped. We found everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Nineteen nights went by so fast! What a great location, a great host, and a spacious apartment with artsy vibe.

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Jeanne’s place was great for our brief stay in Paris. Due to flight complications we arrived much later than expected, but Jeanne was very understanding and accommodating. The apartment has amenities as listed. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, the fan to cool the comfy bed area, the WiFi, and Nespresso maker. The apartment is in a quiet courtyard on the third floor, and outside it is close to a metro station and not too far of a walk from major landmarks. There is no A/C in the apartment but the fan and windows help manage the heat to make it comfortable. Due to no fault of Jeanne, the electricity to the apartment building unfortunately cut-out during our stay for about 8 hours before coming back on. She handled communication very professionally and did not hesitate to help us even late at night with this issue. She offered us a free night after this incident but we were not able to stay. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Paris!

Super fijne mooie en ruime locatie in het 15e arrondisement. Gilad is een zeer snel reagerende en prettige gastheer die heldere uitleg geeft en zorgt dat je niets ontbreekt We hebben enorm genoten op deze rustige plek met OV in de buurt en een supermarkt en gezellige cafe s of restaurant in de buurt. Een aanrader en ik zou dit mijn volgende bezoek aan Parijs zeker weer boeken. Dank Gildas

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Maria and Thibaud’s home is an excellent choice for a few days in Paris. It's conveniently located, the apartment is beautiful, clean, and fully equipped. Maria's service and prompt response are excellent; she's always available and gave us great advice and tips. We'll definitely be happy to return. Thank you!

Estuvimos encantadas de habernos hospedado con Mari. Además de sentirnos como en casa sentimos que identificó perfectamente las necesidades de un viajero. Nos recibió con bebidas refrescantes y bocadillos, todo fue como esta descrito. Desde un inicio se mostró atenta para atendemos y orientarnos. Nos vamos complacidas por sus atenciones. Esperamos volver. Uno de los mejores.

Super schönes Zimmer einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin in einer wunderschönen Gegend mit Restaurants und Shops. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein, aber es wurde vor Buchung genau darauf nochmal hingewiesen. Der Blick auf den glitzernden Eiffelturm war atemberaubend. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Mi família y yo nos sentimos como en casa en este encantador apartamento parisino. Encontramos en él todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario y con detalles adicionales por parte del anfitrión como desayuno para las niñas y vino francés para nosotros, entre otras cosas. Laurent siempre se mostró cercano, atento y amable. Solucionó todas nuestras dudas y nos hizo recomendaciones locales. El barrio es excepcional. Animado, con supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes, el metro en la misma calle y lo más importante para nosotros, la Torre Eiffel a dos pasos. Recomendaría y volvería a "nuestro hogar en París" sin dudarlo. Laurent, gracias por todo!

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

Raoul’s place was a great find for our stay in Paris. There is an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s very close to the subway and coffee/restaurants. He was immediately responsive to our questions.

An outstanding stay in a comfortable unit near the Metro which gave access to everything in Paris. Some foodie places and a Carrefours across the lane made it even better. Very clean and well thought out accommodation. Perfect for us.

Bu evde ikinci kalışım. Bu yorum olarak yeterli olmalı aslında. Shabnam her zaman muhteşem bir ev sahibi. Ev çok iyi, balkonda saatlerce oturmak çok huzurlu. Metro, RER ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın, çok yakında süpermarket var ve 15 dakika yürümek isterseniz Eyfel'in önündesiniz. Evde, ihtiyacınız olan ve unuttuğunuz her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Çok ta tatlı bir ev sahibi.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
