Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Situé au dernier étage d’un appartement bourgeois avec ascenseur, le bien comporte : 1 Salon /Home cinéma Dolby surround, 1 Bureau, 2 chambres avec leurs salles de bains et toilettes privatives, 1 cuisine américaine tout équipée, 1 grande terrasse aménagée, sans vis à vis de 60m2 avec une vue panoramique exceptionnelle sur la ville et le Sacré Coeur.

Logement très calme sur cour, dans une rue paisible, au cœur de l'écosystème parisien : à deux pas de la rue de Trévise. A moins de 20 minutes à pied : le Louvre, les tuileries, la Seine, l'Opéra Garnier, les Grands Magasins... A moins de 5 minutes à pied : les lignes 7, 8 et 9 du métro. Gare de l’Est et Gare du Nord à moins de 15 minutes à pied.

Clarisse’s apartment was like something you only dream of. It was way bigger than we expected, and as she is an architect we loved the little details of the monstera in the bathroom, the handmade brick on the walls made of what looked like scraps of fabric, the comfortable beautiful couch, The balcony doors & view of montmartre. The way everything was intentionally designed in the kitchen, and the comfortable bed. This space was well designed and taken care of. A great mix of modern with charm which can be a rarity. The location was perfect with amazing close by restaurants, and shops. We would love to stay here every single time we come back to paris. We thank you immensely for letting us into your home for this special mother & daughter trip.

Loved this little gem of a place on my latest adventure to Paris. Great if you are traveling solo like myself — safe, peaceful and yet you can hear the city full of life just outside your window. Magical to see the Eiffel Tower light up as my last moments awake each evening. Highly recommend!

Wow, the absolute perfect apt to stay in Montmartre for nearly a month!! Loved the location on Rue Tholozé, cozy classic Parisian apt, great cafes, bars and restaurants all in beautiful Abbesses. Walkable to any market you would need if you plan to cook in the very usable kitchen. Close by 2 metro stops to get you anywhere in Paris and beyond. Gala was wonderful, could tell by the vibe in her apt and her kind communication. We almost felt like locals!

Marie was a kind and thoughtful host with quick communication and clear instructions. Apartment is in a lively, interesting area with lots of students and young families and makes a change from more 'polished' areas of the city. Very conveniently located for everywhere. Apartment was comfortable, spacious and attractive. 3 floors up made it pretty peaceful too. Recommended.

Charmant cocon 70's à Montmartre

Sylvain and Malena are suuuuuch great hosts! They were excellent communicators even before we booked their home. Check in was flexible which was helpful since our train arrived late at night. Their place is exactly how it is depicted in the photos/descriptions, no gotchas! My favorite part about their home is that it is right in the heart of Montmartre, but not in the crazy busy/touristy area. In a 5-10 min walk radius there’s a handful of bus and metro stations plus GREAT restaurants, cafes, boulangeries, groceries, and take out places - which came in handy for those nights we were too tired to venture out. Just note that their place(like most, if not all condos in Paris) has some flights of stairs, but its extremely peaceful and homey once you’re in. Will definitely recommend to our friends and/or stay with them again when we’re back in town!
