Monthly Rentals in Wavertree

A lovely and modern accommodation! We came from Leicester as a group of three and were really impressed. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, promptly assisting with anything we requested. Highly recommend!

Diana is a great and helpful host, she also provided a breakfast in the morning. The house is in a quiet and peaceful area, so it is perfect for relaxing stay. Too bad we didn't get to stay a bit longer!

Perfect stay. Rooms are more spacious than the pictures look (this was initially a worry, but we had significantly more space than the pictures showed). The living room was spacious. Each bedroom had a TV wall mounted. There were plenty of amenities left out for us, and although we didn’t contact our host once, we had 4/5 (helpful and friendly) messages from them making sure we checked in okay, had what we needed, and if we required any further assistance etc (very pro-active). Only slight down side was the water pressure in the downstairs shower fluctuates between hot and cold when set to hot (it does stay cold if you prefer cold showers), however, the upstairs one remained hot so this was not an issue for us as we all just used that. I would absolutely stay here again if I revisited Liverpool with a party of 4-8 people.

Lovely stay and great location. Stayed for Radio 1’s big weekend. Parking was right outside the flat so perfect location. Overall amazing stay! Thank you ☺️
