Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 20th arrondissement of Paris

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Great peaceful place Really enjoyed my stay

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight people, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Julien’s place is utterly charming, a joy to spend time in. The house is beautifully decorated and the garden an oasis of quiet and tranquility. The location an absolute gem, a rarity in the heart of Paris. Julien was a very attentive and generous host and made us feel very welcome in his home. He responded to our queries promptly and offered very good recommendations for restaurants . He also gave us access to his garage - a fantastic bonus, reducing all the stresses and anxiety associated with trying to park in a large city. Thank you Julien. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Amazing stay with very accommodating hosts in a really cute neighborhood.

We are super happy and enjoyed the apartment very much! It was clean and tidy. There was everything you might need. Isabelle has also given tips on restaurants and how we can get to different places. She has been very helpful and kind. You can hear the street quite well, but it didn't bother us. The area is nice and quiet and easy to get to both Paris city center and Disneyland. We can really recommend Isabelle's apartment!

The apartment is stunning, even much better than the great photos. I immediately felt at home. The location is great as well. A great apartment in Paris! Close by to the metro and excellent restaurants nearby. We drove to Paris from London and this apartment came with designated parking space. The apartment is also accessible by lift which is useful for those with prams. Clean home with all the necessary amenities. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our trip to Paris! I was traveling with my two daughters, and the apartment was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the metro, which made getting around the city so easy. We also loved being surrounded by great food options and cafés. It really gave us that authentic Parisian neighborhood feel. Benjamin is a considerate host and attentive to his visitors. The accommodation is a real little cocoon, decorated with care and quality materials: you feel very good there right away! The jacuzzi, sauna, terrace and good bedding are perfect for a nice evening :-)

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

A beautiful, intricate, spiral staircase leads to this quiet, calm, carefully designed apartment, with its Montmartre spirit. Bed extremely comfortable. Kitchen space has everything needed. Balcony with views to the sky. Great location near cafes, bakeries, patisseries and other artisinal shops. We had a wonderful stay.
