The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor (without elevator: not recommended for XXL luggage)!

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

The building is secure with a security guard. Great variety of food shops, cafes and restaurants at the foot of the building. Very popular with Parisians, lively and festive, very well connected, 10 minutes by bus or metro from Bastille and Le Marais.

Mon appartement est situé dans un immeuble ancien typiquement parisien dans un quartier animé et familial de Paris, à 50 mètres du cimetière du Père Lachaise, dans une rue calme proche de la place Gambetta. Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
