Apartment holiday rentals in 2nd arrondissement

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

Beautiful apartment - super tasteful furnishings and I loved the plants. Theo was also really responsive and helpful. It was really hot when we were staying, but there was a fan which helped at night. Would recommend.

An expansive flat in District 2, the apartment was just what the doctor ordered, it was very well equipped spacious and very comfortable. in addition everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable being in someone else's home.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Joseph was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Fantastic location, in the heart of Martyrs/Pigalle but so quiet and peaceful thanks to the private courtyard and top floor setup. The apartment was immaculate and stylish with awesome views and an extremely comfortable bed. Can’t recommend it enough. Merci Joseph!

Alain’s apartment was fantastic! He was very friendly and always shared helpful tips that made my stay even better. The location couldn’t be more perfect — surrounded by great restaurants, brasseries, and cafés, all just around the corner. It’s also close to the station, making it super easy to get around the city. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend. The location was great right near the metro and walkable to surrounding areas. Jérôme communicated very well and check in and check out was easy. Wine and treats were included when we walked in and they were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! The apartment is very clean, spacious, and beautifully set up. We visited during a heatwave, which made sleeping in the bedroom challenging as there’s no air conditioning, but Antoine had left fans which helped somewhat. There’s limited storage space, so we had to keep our suitcases in the hallway, but for a short weekend stay, this wasn’t a big issue. The location is excellent — the metro is right at your doorstep, and it’s very central for getting around, whether by metro or Uber. It’s situated on a lively main road with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. I’ve been to Paris many times, and this is by far the nicest and most spacious apartment I’ve stayed in! The fact that it’s Antoine’s personal home really made it feel welcoming, with thoughtful touches you don’t usually find in a typical Airbnb. Thanks again! I do recommend Antoines place!

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. The apartment was so gorgeous, that when I sent a photo of the kitchen to my friends, they thought it was a prank since it couldn't possibly be that pretty. It was also very functional for 2 people despite being compact. Everything worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked and the location was a walking distance from the Seine. There was also a metro station right next to the apartment. The host was also so friendly and very accomodating! Overall 10/10 would recommend

Stephane is a great host and very responsive. Apartment is centrally located near Louvre and many other attractions. Also couple of metro stations are nearby. We enjoyed our Paris stay at this place!

The apartment is beautiful, great location in the artist district of Le Marais. The apartment's furnishings are great, the beds are comfortable, good bed linen and blankets. Everything your heart desires. The landlord is super nice and accommodating. Gladly again anytime!

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Great accommodation, very clean, host very available by message, I highly recommend. Very interesting schedule that allows us to enjoy the apartment and especially the jacuzzi made available to us 😁
