Apartment holiday rentals in 3rd arrondissement

This was possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a TON. The location was great. The charming decor and impeccable cleanliness were next level. The apartment felt lived in and cared for in a unique way. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable including the small day bed in the living room. The neighbors were friendly and there were even several cats in the shared courtyard! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the fridge and they made sure to get it fixed before we returned from our days activities. The only thing to consider before booking would be the bath. The pictures make it seem like the shower head can be hung on the wall but it couldn’t. There is no shower curtain so it took us a couple tries to get the hang of showering without spraying water all over. Also the bathtub is very deep which might be a mobility challenge. Even so, we will be booking again next time we visit Paris if we can!

Fantastic cozy place to stay.

Great location and walkable to the Metro and restaurants. Keep in mind that Europeans floors start with 0 not 1 so it is about 50 stair steps to the apartment. We had no problem with the stairs even after walking all day. It is a perfect stay. The tub is narrow so you can't stand in it with both feet side by side but I loved the shower and the hot water! Pedro was a great host and very responsive. There is a lot of street noise with the windows open but I loved the fresh air. The kitchen is perfect and has a lot of items needed. We didn't cook there but the French press came in handy.

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.

Studio sympa et fonctionnel, aménagé avec du goût à deux pas d’une station de métro. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la zone piétonne et le côté pratique d’avoir une bonne boulangerie et une petite supérette juste en bas.

Angélique is such a lovely host. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage when we arrived before the check-in. The location is incredible and we really enjoyed our short stay in Paris.

The location was excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from metro stations, parks, and the Louvre. We stayed for two nights and felt very comfortable. The room was compact but thoughtfully arranged, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The building entrance had several layers of security, which made us feel safe. Communication with the host was smooth, and they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few extra hours. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to come back

Le logement, impeccable était super confortable, très bien équipé, avec une vue extraordinaire! Quelques travaux en cours étaient déplaisants en matinée, mais nous ne restions pas à l’appartement durant la journée de toute manière. Déplacement en métro hyper faciles, immeuble sécuritaire, tout à été parfait!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Wir (zwei Familien) mit zwei Kindern (1&2 Jahre) waren bei Mehdi Zuhause. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und es war auch Kinderfreundlich. Es ist eine super Lage und vom Ausblick brauchen wir gar nicht zu sprechen. Vielen dank für alles 🥰 Kleiner Tipp, einen Mülleimer mehr im Badezimmer wäre toll 😉

Hier gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch François waren einfach spitze. Selten habe ich einen Vermieter wie ihn kennen gelernt, der so schnell auf Fragen reagiert hat, allgemein alles so perfekt vorbereitet hat und proaktiv nach fragte, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

The flat was bigger than I thought as it looks smaller in the photos. Great location within walking distance to most of the places I want to visit. It is near Des Halles station which has good connection to Disney and the airport. Very good value for its central location. Highly recommend it.

Le logement est très agréable et agencé avec soin, à 10 min environ du métro. Petite terrasse appréciable. Juste un léger bemol pour notre arrivée avec notre véhicule, où nous avons eu du mal pour rentrer dans le parking sous-terrain, très très juste en hauteur et largeur ... attention aux véhicules de type Vito 😉 Le 2e lit (1 place) étant un matelas gonflable, ça peut éventuellement être gênant pour de longs séjours... mais nous sommes restés 3 nuits et ça à été parfait pour notre fille sur cette courte durée. Nous recommandons et n'hésiterons pas à revenir séjourner chez Laurent

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

Die Wohnung von Roland ist ein Prachtstück, ein wahrer "hidden gem". Beste Lage: Wer Montmartre mag wird Rolands Wohnung lieben. Schon vor über 20 Jahren nutze Amelie Poulain dieselbe U-Bahn-Station, auch sie wusste, wo es sich lohnt, ein- und auszusteigen.

Was für eine tolle Gastgeberin ! Die Wohnung entsprach exakt meinen Erwartungen ! Ich kann die Unterkunft, wie auch die Gastgeberin nur in den höchsten Tönen loben und absolut weiter empfehlen ! Absolute verdiente 5 Sterne !!!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
