Perfekte Unterkunft für Menschen, die sich fernab der gängigen Touristenorte, aber im Zentrum bewegen möchten. Entlang des Canal St. Martin gibt es unglaublich volle tolle Bars und Restaurants, man ist super schnell im Marais. Gleichzeitig ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da im Hinterhof. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit einem super flexiblen und freundlichen Gastgeber - danke Kevin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dominique’s apartment! It is located half a block from the Chatelet Les Halles station (RER and metro lines) in a bustling area with lots of restaurants and shops right outside the door. A quick walk to the Seine/Ile-de-la-Cite, about 12-15 minutes from Notre Dame. Our kids loved having their own room, and it was cozy but well appointed. In fact, the entire place is very well equipped with everything you could need. There is a spacious closet in the larger bedroom. I was able to unpack and store all our clothes. You can Chromecast to the tv, which helped with our kids. The flat does not have A/C (as stated in the listing), and we were there on some particularly hot days (high 80s), but the fans did keep the air moving. With windows open, the street noise is loud, but it disappears when you close them. The heat made the unventilated bathroom fairly unpleasant, but you can’t control the weather! We would definitely stay here again.

Tu Huong est un excellent hôte. L’appartement est bien situé, parfait pour les amoureux du 13e arrondissement, il y a tout à proximité. Je pense que l’on ne peux pas faire plus calme en terme de sonorité dans l’appartement. Super équipé, il y a des serviettes, un sèche cheveux, des parapluies… que demander de plus…

This is a great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. The owners are very responsive and super helpful, and they were happy to accommodate quite a late check in. The apartment was comfortable and the crib and high seat provided for our son were perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom and shower in particular were great. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We stayed in the apartment with my mom for a long weekend. It was very stylish and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen amenities. The location is a bit away from the centre, but it's well connected with the metro, which is just 5 minutes from the apartment. There are many bakeries and grocery shops around, plus a nice canal area with restaurants. The host was very responsive and welcoming, and allowed early check-in and late check-out. Beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment that’s centrally located. The views are simply incredible!! It’s rare to find a place in Paris with both views of sacré cœur basilica and the Eiffel Tower. Louis is a really kind and understanding host; he waited for me when I got in a bit late, and also allowed me to check out a little later. He also welcomed me with wine and bottled water! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back! :)

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό! Ακριβώς από κάτω έχει ένα lidl και άλλο ένα supermarket στη γωνία! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και ασφαλής! Για να πάμε στο κέντρο χρησιμοποιούσαμε uber ή bolt, το κόστος είναι περίπου 15-20 ευρώ και 15-20 λεπτά για την κάθε διαδρομή. Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε και τα μέσα φυσικά. Έχει λεωφορεία από κάτω και μετρό 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τέλος ο χώρος αυτός είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και μόνο από τη θέα αξίζει τα λεφτά του! Είναι υπέροχο να ξυπνάς και να βλέπεις το Παρίσι από ψηλά! Η θέα είναι τέλεια και από το κρεβάτι! Συστήνεται 100%

My partner and I stayed at Gio’s place for a week with a friend and found the apartment very suitable for three adults. We had everything that we needed. The location was great. Gio was very welcoming with excellent communication throughout our stay.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!

C’è da premettere che noi eravamo a Parigi per il Salone Aeronautico di Le Bourget, per questo la posizione era perfetta. Se il nostro intento fosse stato visitare la città ovviamente l’alloggio sarebbe stato un po’ fuori mano. Detto ciò, la casa è super spaziosa: è una villa di tre piani con giardino e quindi perfetta per grandi gruppi. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati molto larghi, sicuramente senza la claustrofobia che trasmettono altri alloggi su questa piattaforma. Non c’è aria condizionata ma tutti i piani eccetto la mansarda erano comunque molto freschi (perlomeno a fine giugno). Infine, nonostante non l’abbiamo mai incontrato dal vivo, Hamza è stato molto presente con i messaggi e ha risposto sempre velocemente a tutte le nostre domande.

Superbe logement à villetaneuse. Nous y avons logé plusieurs semaines. Très calme, reposant. Bien équipé avec une décoration de très bon goût ! On recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est totalement adaptée pour des grands groupes (nous étions 15 dont 4 enfants), très bien équipée et dans un quartier très calme. Elle est proche des transports pour pouvoir se déplacer. Corinne nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement du séjour et s'est montrée très accomodante. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
