Luxury rentals in 6th arrondissement

If you are looking to stay in one of the best areas of Paris, with the best shops, boutiques, and restaurants, then stay here in the 8th. You are in the heart of the fashion district. Very safe - you have to go thru three locked doors to get to the unit - which was important while traveling with a 1.5 and 3.5 year old. The apartment looks like it is from a designer magazine. Would love softer beds but we wouldn't stay in any other arr. The location is amazing. Ubers are always nearby.

I am reluctant to write this review. Not because there is anything bad. But because the apartment and experience was so perfect, that I am worried that it’ll be fully booked and I’ll never be able to go back! To begin, the apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is spacious and extremely well decorated! And the large windows covering the entire width of the apartment let in an abundance of natural light. The location is fantastic. Only a block from the Luxemburg Gardens, and a short walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. Also, the daily housekeeping service was an unexpected luxury. The apartment is also fully stocked with water (still and sparkling), Coke, Coke Zero, shampoo and conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, etc. And I really appreciated that (unlike other AirBnb’s, or even luxury hotels) they didn’t give you just 2 or 3 Nespresso pods – but instead a fully supply!! Essentially staying in this serviced, fully supplied, gorgeous apartment is like staying in a 5-star hotel!

Very nice flat at the center of Paris. Location is amazing, everything is near by. The flat is very charming, a lot of space and well furnished.

I agree with the reviewer who said “just do it!” as well as all the other rave reviews! Seriously, this was just about the most incredible & unique experience staying in Paris that we could have imagined. We have never stayed in a place so beautiful, both for the location on the Seine while still being very close to Paris (feels like a quieter part of Paris, not "surburban"), plus the gorgeous architect designed house & interior. I couldn’t stop taking photos! It also felt like incredible value for the price compared to other properties both in Paris and the New York area for example where we have spent many summers. Bettina, the architect & owner of the house, was wonderfully attentive both before & during our stay. The local restaurant she recommended, Livio, was fantastic, & we also enjoyed some other local restaurants. Plus it was extremely easy to take the metro or an Uber to access central Paris in as little as 20-30 mins. Dream vacation! We didn't want to leave!

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful apartment right on Place Victor Hugo. The space is georgious—elegant, super clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and we very much enjoyed living in Paris like a real Parisian! This is truly a typical French Hausmanian apartment with exceptionally beautiful molding on the ceiling and this is exactly what we were looking for! The neighborhood is quiet and upscale, and still close to great restaurants, bakeries (we highly recommend the bakery downstairs!). Communication with Bea was easy and we were greeted in person when we arrived which is much nicer than a cold self check check in that leaves you clueless about the flat! I would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Paris. Highly recommend!

We write few reviews, but it is hard not to write one for our experience at Homanie’s apartment in the 6/7th Arrondissements. The apartment is lovely. It is beautifully appointed and the pictures online are accurate. The views—both front and back—are simply spectacular. Perfect “roof tops of Paris” views! Open the windows/doors and Eiffel Tower lights and Paris breezes rush in. Excellent restaurants abound and the best boulangerie is literally across the street. We love to walk and the walkability from this apartment is exceptional. A bank ATM is around the corner. Le Bon Marche is an easy walk. The sights and sounds of the heart of Paris are all around you. Beyond all this, the concierge service was wonderful. Shiv was a true gem and we cannot say enough about Antoine. He catered to all our requests and quickly arranged for a doctor to visit the apartment when our daughter had a medical need! The owner welcomed us with a lovely hand-written note and bottle of champagne. 5 STARS!

Great stay! This beautiful, clean apartment was so quiet for sleeping and hanging out in a bustling neighborhood, Le Marais. We love the location, close to many sites like Notre Dame, close to a big department store for things needed, and lots of shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. The pastry shops, clothing shops, sidewalk cafés, were all right there. It also felt very safe with 3 locked access spaces to reach the apartment. PLUS, air conditioning and an elevator. Loved everything about it.

The Cezanne apartment was lovely - the decor is beautiful and the hosts have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of - highly recommend.
