Apartment holiday rentals in 8th arrondissement

Unit is obviously in one of the most ideal locations in Paris. Easy access to multiple metro stations and the Champs Elysees. No surprises… Unit looks exactly like the pictures. We will stay here again next time we are in Paris if it’s available.

Stunning apartment in a beautiful part of Paris. Beautiful decor, and location was terrific near a fabulous boulangerie, bistros, park and metro stop. Felt like a local and Theo was a super helpful host.

The apartment was spotless, easy to get into, and well-located. We really enjoyed exploring the area, there were lots of local shops & restaurants and easy transit to central Paris. Tut was communicative and let us check in as soon as we arrived (earlier than the listing stated) and let us check out late as well, which made everything seamless. The apartment was also very large compared to other airbnbs we’ve stayed in and everything was comfortable. We would stay here again next time we’re in Paris :)

Impeccable studio in a wonderfully quiet but certainly not boring neighborhood. Walkable distance to the best of Paris: Eiffel towel, Arch de Triomphe and champs Élysée. I will certainly come back.

This place is unbelievable. If you want Paris views, this is the place to be. You can see the Eiffel, Arc and Montmartre from the flat! How can you beat waking up, opening your eyes and seeing the Eiffel tower! You’re equidistant, in terms of walking between the Tower and the Arc, so that was super convenient. The host was super responsive and accommodating, and really went out of their way to help. Really great experience!

Very nice and large space, nicely decorated and quiet through the courtyard. Very pleasant communication with Frédéric. And great that he gives a lot of tips for restaurants and sights. Tip: rent bicycles at café Le Peloton (take the phone holder and ask for bicycle lighting).

What a lovely pied-à-terre with a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower in a great, convenient neighborhood! The compact apartment is well appointed and clean. I loved the convenience of local shops and sites. There is a cheese shop, butcher shop, fruit and vegetable shop, wine shop, and bakery plus a small grocer all in less than a block away. The famous Rue Cler market is about a 6-minute walk away from the property. The Seine River is just about a 15-minute walk away. Of course, there is the Eiffel Tower! Eric and Pascale are also great hosts; helpful, communicative, and responsive. Air conditioning would have been welcomed on hot summer days during my stay. But the temperature was manageable. A fan is provided. You can keep the shades down or open the windows for a cross breeze. In short, I highly recommend this property!

Ramza is a great host. Perfect conversation from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect, but traffic was blocked due to PSG's win over the weekend, so we couldn't go anywhere else.

Charlie was an incredible host. Her place was charming with the most beautiful view of the Sacre-Couer. We found the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was nice to have a good hair dryer available. If you like style and a want a magical experience in Paris, stay here. We loved it!

The location of this place is perfect. Restaurants everywhere. The metro is around the corner. The large common room and kitchen are great.

The location can’t be beat! Super quick walk to the arc, metro, shopping, restaurants, cafes! Very nice neighborhood. The only drawback is the neighborhood can be a bit loud in the middle of the night. The apartment looks just like the photos - it’s cute and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, I got a great night sleep. Antoine was super responsive - a wonderful host!

The apartment felt like home from home, very comfortable and a great location. Badr was our host, he could not do enough for us, he was very accommodating, very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for Badr, he also suggested places to eat, local supermarkets and was always on hand for anything we needed. A great trip to Paris.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city with some great local restaurants just round the corner. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had. The baggage storage was very useful and easy to use on both the check in day and check out day so we weren’t carrying heavy bags around. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We used all three beds including a very comfy fold down bed in the living room, it was so nice to stay somewhere with comfy bed pillows and Aircon! I will be highly recommending this apartment and hope to stay again.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Our family of 5 loved our stay! Mawei’s apartment is so fun and unique, and in a great location. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in Paris!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Mehdi's apartment was exactly as shown in the listing, and definitely a one-of-a-kind as far as places I've stayed on Airbnb. The hot tub was delightful after walking around the city all day, and the view and the sunsets are as great as advertised! We had breakfast every morning at La Rose de La Puteaux right at the end of the street and it was on the way to the Metro stop. The grocery store is close and the convenience store at the main entrance has more than you would expect! If we come back to Paris again, just the two of us, we will definitely be back!
