Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

Happy is a very kind and thoughtful host. She responded quickly to all my questions and was flexible and accommodating throughout my stay. I feel so lucky to have spent my first time in Paris at her lovely home. I also enjoyed a wonderful time with her adorable pets. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable—I was able to relax and feel at home. If I come back to Paris, I would definitely love to stay at Happy’s place again. I stayed at this loft apartment for two weeks during the Olympics. It worked really well for me, being central to the various sporting venues and museums. Paris was relatively empty therefore travel and logistics were a dream, although I did use taxis a fair amount. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed and was serviced once during my stay. Supermarket was very close and a number of small restaurants in the street but obvious up market restaurants are all close by. All up very happy with my stay & loft apartment.

The apartment has a PERFECT location - right on Champs Elysees, but very very quiet. Sani was very nice - responded within minutes, very polite and easy going! One of the leds in the bathroom was flickering - we got a replacement within several hours. I told Sani that we are coming for the 12th birthday of our daughter and he arranged a great reception for her with balloons and even children’s Champaign - she was very excited and it gave a very good start to our vacation in Paris! The apartment does not have air con, but Sani arranged a mobile air con in the living room and coupled with ventilators on the ceiling in the bedrooms it gave a pretty good solution for the 30+ degrees outside. Highly recommended!
