The modern 54 sqm apartment has a living-dining area with integrated kitchen, bedroom, bathroom as well as separate entrance and terrace. The location on the Braunenberg invites you to hike and cycle. The outdoor swimming pool is in the immediate vicinity and in just a 15-minute walk you can reach the Tiefen Stollen (visitor mine and healing tunnel).

With the 4-star vacation home "Brenzblick," we offer you an entire vacation home with a huge garden, terrace and conservatory, which we completely renovated in 2018 and prepared for you. You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

All shops serving everyday needs (groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, snacks, bakeries, etc.) are a few minutes' walk away. The built-in kitchenette with induction hob, microwave with grill function and large fridge also offers the possibility of self-catering. There is a small freezer compartment in the refrigerator for storing frozen goods.

The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.
