This self-contained house is bright and welcoming, has an open plan living area, log burning fire, garden space and free Wifi. Hill walk, wild-swim or mountain bike straight from the door. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

"This 1 bed cottage is situated in the heart of the beautiful Ballater, Royal Deeside. It has just been newly renovated making it a bit of luxury for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, wardrobe and place to hide the suitcases, drawers and a T. V. A Z bed and a travel cot are available on request when booking. It has a wood burner and a Scottish theme throughout. We have aimed to make this a cosy and comfortable getaway for you to enjoy.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
