Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese, an excellent Morrisons Daily shop and a Zero Waste shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

The Cart Shed - unique open plan living

The Cart Shed, as the name suggests, is a newly converted, old stone steading. My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views from your coastal town hideaway over Banff harbour and bay and across to Macduff. Chill out on the windowseat and just watch the waves roll in. Fresh milk, bread and a few treats await in the welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is lots of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower. There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Secluded hideaway

2 Golf Mews is a secluded hideaway located in the picturesque village of Ballater. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated to modern standards; creating a welcoming, cosy space for visitors to stay whilst they explore beautiful Deeside. The flat is located just a five-minute walk away from the centre Ballater. The village has a large Co-op and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants and plenty of shops for your perusal. There are three steps up to the property itself.

A luxury 4 bed 4 bath stay set in 6 acres

The Old Church of Ord was built in 1834 and has recently been upgraded into a four bed roomed , four bathroom , dog friendly property set in six acres. The main hall has a wood burning stove in the seating area and a further lounge upstairs with views overlooking the garden .Outside there is a fenced garden with a barbecue , patio and wood burning hot tub for 8 with views of the surrounding countryside and Moray Firth. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Seaside Stonehaven House Near Town Centre, Harbour

After a day at the beach, you can stroll back to your private house near the Market Square in lovely Stonehaven. You can cook a meal in the stocked kitchen and dine al fresco in the back enclosed garden. Relax in the 2 bedrooms, with an additional quiet bonus room tucked away with a sofa that could be used for an office. This a cozy and comfortable home base in Aberdeenshire, close to woodland walks, golf courses, the lively harbour and beach.
