A compact modern annex with its own front door in a very quiet and peaceful area of Cowley in Oxford. Annex is self-contained and adjacent to our home. Double bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living area with a sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of natural light, and with completely new facilities. Off-road parking is available. Close to local shops (2 minutes walk). We are located 2.5 miles from the centre of Oxford with only a 2-minute walk to bus links.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Studio House

This incredible modernist studio in Oxfordshire was initially designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Philip Dowson of Ove Arup and Associates. This studio belonged to the sculptor Franta Belsky, known for creating large-scale abstract public art and iconic statues and busts of notable 20th-century figures, including Winston Churchill and members of the British Royal Family. Many of his original works are still housed in the studio.
