The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Enjoy the panoramic views from this fully renovated weekend house. The house is located in a quiet street in Badacsonyörs, where there is not much traffic even in summer. There is an easement road through the plot, which is rarely used by the owner due to his residence abroad. The house has a 1800 sqm grassed plot, which provides free parking for our guests. The ground floor terrace offers a partial panorama, while the first floor terrace offers a full panorama of Badacsony and the harbour.

A rustic & comfortable 100 year old farm cottage, carefully renovated and decorated, allowing you to relax & unwind in one of the most beautiful parts of Lake Balaton. It is located in the famous wine area of Badacsony and in the immediate vicinity of the Káli-basin, acclaimed for its culinary character. There are many outstanding wineries and restaurants closeby, at the same time the area is most suitable for excursions through fields & forests as well. And the lake is only 5 minutes away!

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Rizling Guesthouse

Rizling’s new, air-conditioned guest house is available year-round. It accommodates 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Guests enjoy a spacious, landscaped yard with ample parking. Each house has a large terrace, a separate cauldron area, and a garden seating area. The beach is 600 meters away along a tree-lined road. The Káli Kisház is a lovely, renovated stone house in the centre of Kővágóörs. We have furnished it to fit the house and its surroundings. In the spacious living room, guests can enjoy the charm and warmth of the house while sitting by the tiled stove's crackling fire.
