Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Garden with space for outdoor lunches and dinners and a heated hydromassage tub to enjoy a completely relaxing experience (free from 1 Apr to 30 Sept, for a fee from 1 Oct to 31 Mar). Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub/shower and living room on first floor, kitchen on ground floor; parking, terrace, gardens with garden furniture. Located on Langhe hills, close to Canelli, Nizza M., Barbaresco and Barolo wineries, is 30' to Asti, Alba or Acqui Terme, 1h to Turin or Genoa. Now part of the Unesco Heritage Landscapes of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato region, you'll enjoy gourmet food in local restaurants and wine tastings in the hundred wineries of the area.

Independent house surrounded by the vineyards of Monferrato, inside the Colle Manora Estate. Set on three levels, it offers 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room with kitchen corner, and a cozy attic relaxation area. Outside, a private jacuzzi with panoramic views (open from April 1st to September 30th). Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the UNESCO-listed hills, just a short drive from Asti, Alessandria, and top local wineries.

The house, equipped with a swimming pool, is located two km from the town and overlooks the valley. It enjoys complete autonomy and allows guests to live in a typical farmhouse with antique furniture. Guests have exclusive access to the property. The other house overlooking the courtyard (it was a small village) is also my property and is closed during the guests' stay. I chose to have few guests to ensure more peace of mind for them and me.
