Das Ortszentrum von Sand in Taufers ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Reinbacher Wasserfälle sind etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso die Burg Taufers. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

We've stayed at Natalie’s apartments for 2 nights. Everything was amazing, great location, beatiful surroundings. The apartments were clean and cozy, the bed was great (180 cm!), bathroom and living room were clean and neat. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

Mrs. Wally immediately made herself available to wait for our arrival at midnight late, clearly explaining the house and showing us the spaces. Hello, smiling and helpful, she spontaneously provided us with clean spare towels and kitchen mops after two days. The house is really nice, in a great location and absolutely well maintained ! We undoubtedly have a great point of reference for the future !

First of all, the surrounding environment was so beautiful. The facility was so perfect and everything I needed was prepared. Above all, I felt clean and not lacking. It was nice to have a private parking lot in the basement and an elevator. If you are traveling in the Dolomites, you should definitely visit it. I am traveling to Naples and miss Brunico accommodation. ^^

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

Super nice apartment in an idyllic location and a good starting point for excursions in South Tyrol. The only thing we noticed was that it was quite noisy, which did not bother us personally at all, rather we hope that our baby did not disturb the other guests. ;) The check-in was super flexible and the host very friendly. We would book again anytime.
