Unser 1-Zimmer-Apartment (ca. 40 m²) liegt im Erdgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Hauses in der historischen Altstadt von Passau. Die Fensterseite öffnet sich zu einem kleinen, sonnigen Garten – eine ruhige Oase mitten in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür beginnt das charmante Gassengewirr rund um Künstlergasse und Residenzplatz mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Der imposante Dom und Rathaus sind nur einen gemütlichen fünfminütigen Spaziergang entfernt – ideal für Kulturfreunde und Stadtentdecker.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Cozy attic apartment

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in the Kohlbruck district. Within walking distance are various shopping facilities (Aldi, Kaufland, etc.), banks, gas station, restaurants, exhibition grounds, adventure pool, police, playground, etc. If you are not afraid of a longer walk, you can reach the center in a good 30 minutes. Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.

Welcome to Ilzstadt. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house. Passau's old town and various restaurants are within minutes walking distance. The Danube bike path passes directly past our accommodation. We also have a safe place for bikes. The apartment is located exactly in the middle of the two docks of Passau for boat travelers. Parking is about 400 meters from us, in the nearby parking garage. Daily price 5€.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Apotheke, Stausee und ein Freibad liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Drei Flüsse Stadt Passau mit der schönen Altstadt ist 4km entfernt. Der Bus ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Apartment befindet sich im ersten Stock. Das Gebäude wurde 2022 saniert und es befinden sich darin 5 Apartments.

The dining areas have a high-quality kitchen equipped with dishwashers. In the living area there is a cozy couch with sleeping function (max. 2 persons), a TV with sound system and a PS4 with some games to find. Sleeping/sleeping room is equipped with a 180x200m double bed. There are 2 screens with docking station in the workspace. The spacious bathroom/toilet is equipped with a new shower, a separate toilet and a washing machine.

Cozy apartment near Passau/Schärding

We rent a cozy apartment in a quiet location in Freinberg-Haibach. This is a separate apartment in our wooden house, which can be entered from the garden. The apartment can be used by up to four people. The accommodation is ideal to visit Passau (5 minutes) or Schärding (15 minutes). In addition, you can make excursions from here to the Bavarian Forest or the Mühlviertel. Our charging station for electric cars is also available.

Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.
